Horrible! people make one small mistake and let you go over the phone! Not man enough to do it in person! They treat their people horrible they have them report to work to set and NOT PAY THEM FOR IT! I BET THEY ARE NOT MAN ENOUGH TO CONFRONT ME! SO EVERYONE CAN SEE! The update is still not man enough to comfort me!

Let's be honest. It's taco bell. You're not here for the service or the atmosphere. It will vary. Sometimes you'll be waiting forever. Got $10 and a void that you need to fill? We know what we're about. We don't go to taco bell because we want quality Mexican food, we go to taco bell because we want taco bell. It doesn't pretend to be anything it's not. 5/5.

The lady at night has terrible customer service. Full of attitude, very rude and clearly hates her job. This is everytime we go there and she’s at the window, if you ask for anything it’s a hassle.

I doordashed a luxe box with a chicken chalupa, 5 layer bean burrito, soft taco no beef, and cinnamon twists upon eating the food everything tasted fine but the five layer bean burrito, the sour cream tasted like spoiled milk. I then called the store the person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that the date was fine and he could remake it but would be using the same sour cream. 0/5 stars for sure 👍🏼

Multiple years of a string of poor leadership. To the point where they never even take down the sign that says “under new management”. Anytime you pull into the line there’s at least a 60% chance you are going to be trapped in that drive through for 20 min. When they aren’t understaffed they’re facing technology issues.

Once after being trapped for a half hour picking up food for my pregnant wife, I politely asked (it’s not the workers fault) for coupons for my trouble. I was greeted with a hostile shift manager that accused me of being rude to his employees and then shut the window. When I attempted to deescalate the situation he began mocking me through the window.

9/10 the staff are doing their best to put on a brave face and soldier on through on nights when they are understaffed and there are multiple DoorDash orders of over 100$ that back up the kitchen and completely slow service to a halt.

The 1/10 of the time that they aren’t exactly glowingly happy is just a result of those working conditions.

I once pulled in at 11:00PM and the guy told me he couldn’t make any food because he was literally the only worker on site. He then informed me he would be quitting the next day due to the mismanagement of the restaurant.

The Wayward Way

Honestly this place needs to get it's act together sometimes, I drive through it's pretty quick, other times running on empty slow and I've never had a good experience going inside priority is focused on the drive through. watched a guy from door dash wait an hour for his order. Yes Drive thru is the biggest market in this small town, but that shouldn't sacrifice customers dining in. It's kinda the point of having a whole building and not just a food stand. It's too bad cause I like taco bell and I'm from Cali where those locations get way busier and yet they usually are able to keep up and never have a 9 car backup like the 15 freeway during lunch rush and also keep their service spread throughout the store not just the drive through.
