The Little Pie Shop & Cafe

We were visiting GOTL for the weekend and heard they had the best pie. So I ordered breakfast with a side of pie. The food was good, especially the red potatoes (they have 3 kinds of breakfast potatoes). The chocolate crème pie was homemade and delicious. I will never eat another Sara Lee’s frozen pie again. The service was great. They seated us right away even though they were busy and Lauren was amazing! She multitasked with a smile and greeted each guest with a smile and ready to refill your coffee before you could ask…attentive. I’ll be back.

This place is small, but your check will be too! Awesome food for a great price. A real hometown place. The pies were awesome! If you don't have room, get some to eat later. You won't be disappointed!

If you are at GOTL near breakfast time, you need to have breakfast here. The food was phenomenal. Expect a line out the door. I had a western omelett and home fries. The home fries are among the best Ive ever had.

I have passed this place numerous times many many times every time I would go by. It was always closed till I found out their hours, which are great hours 6 a.m. to 3 PM seven days a week the first time I went there I had breakfast. The second time I went. I had breakfast today was the third time I’ve been there. I tried something different for lunch phenomenon food phenomenal staff restaurant is very clean tidy the pies are phenomenal. I would recommend this family owned restaurant to anybody in the area or anybody passing through the pancakes were phenomenal. They tasted like pancakes not something out of the freezer not something that came out of a big box and tasted like the box they came in.

Sausage gravy and biscuits were top-notch!! Prices were excellent!

The Little Pie Shop catering service was outstanding! Had a family reunion at Saybrook Township Park on July 5th. The food was delivered and set up by the wonderful, very down to earth, family oriented owners Brenda and Doug! My family raved about the food and still are! We had the fried chicken, cheesy potato casserole, pasta salad and Mac-n-cheese and everything was amazing! They kindly let us use their warming trays all day long! I would most definitely recommend them for your catering needs as well as a nice breakfast or lunch and must have delicious pies, made fresh daily!! Best small little diner around. The breakfast is always great and everyone who works there is nice and welcoming. The strawberry rhubarb pie is amazing!

All the potatoes are fresh not frozen makes such a difference incredibly delicious. Homemade soups are fabulous and prices are super reasonable. Choice of real maple syrup for a great price. This place is a gem great pies as well.Yum Yum Yum
