1st time trying this place out. Grape leaves are phenomenal. Baklava was perfect. I played it safe with a Chicken Philly bowl which was tasty. I will definitely get something more traditional next time.
I am from Virginia beach VA and was in ashtabula visiting my husbands family and during my stay there, my boss ordered me doordash and I chose Toro because the pictures looked drool worthy! I was so excited when I received the order but couldn't eat it for another few hours. Didn't matter though because the quality and taste was so incredible!!! I order the chicken shawarma and it reminded me of my time in Europe and has been everything I have been searching for for...

A husband and wife team work together to put out amazing food. She is the baker. Her baklava is simply amazing. Best I have ever had. Abe is the cook. His chicken shawerma and falafel are as good as the. Baklava. Chef's kiss!!!
If you are within 50 miles of Ashtabula, I would highly recommend making a bee line to TORO.
