Not sure if it was a manger tonight but to the middle age woman passing the food and supposedly banging orders check your customer service babe , it’s okay to take accountability that you didn’t give us what we ordered but you don’t ever argue about it especially over a chicken sandwich the attitude from all the employees is insane !
Me and my boyfriend always come here as an after work snack (11pm) and I swear the people are the sweetest! They’re always kind and quick to get the order out to us. It’s a shame they’re short staffed currently but they definitely don’t let it bring them down. Keep up the great work Wendy’s!!
Every time I come to this Wendy’s I sit in the drive thru for AT LEAST 30 mins. Most the workers don’t even greet you once you are up at the window and you can tell they have an attitude. I’m not sure why it is ALWAYS a terrible experience but I think I’m going to pass going here from now on.

Wendy's offers great tasting food, especially the burgers. The staff is friendly, and the interior is clean. However, some customers have experienced issues with the food not being warm enough. Despite this, it remains a favorite fast food spot for many, although some have had issues with the restaurant randomly closing and maintenance problems.
