They give my 2 hamburger with everything i said plain I ask for spicy nuggets they give me regular they forgot my large fries they mess up my all order

Went for dinner Saturday at about 8pm. Doors were locked and 5 employees were standing out back smoking and talking. I was told someone would let me in. After 5 min of waiting at the locked door, I went to McDonald's!

We didn’t even get a chance to order, no one seemed to be there. My husband went to use the bathroom and came out and said don’t order we’re leaving! The restroom was disgusting. When we drove around back, to leave, there were 5 employees out back smoking. I wondered why the parking lot was empty at lunchtime. I got my answer quick. If I could give it a lower rating than 0, I would! It’s a shame because I have always liked Wendy’s.

Hardly anyone ever behind counter, waits for deliveries usually push 10 minute window, and the building is in a poor state, usually leaking somewhere.

This bacon is not cooked. I actually don’t even want a replacement. Going right to the trash … I’ve never had an experience like this. My whole appetite is ruined. I won’t be here for a little while. I’m glad it was my food not my kids….

I absolutely love Wendy’s as a franchise, but this particular location is a disgusting excuse for a restaurant. What used to be my favorite restaurant literally makes me sick every time I eat it now. On top of that the wait time is ridiculous for drive thru. Owner should really hire more or better staff.

I order ahead through the proprietary Wendy's loyalty app since I go past this place multiple times a day on most weekdays and figure ordering ahead benefits both me and the employees. today I get made to repeat my name multiple times, announced as a DoorDash order even after showing and saying that it's through their app. then I get handed food that's somehow freshly packaged up and at room temp at the same time, in a gig-app-style sealed bag when I ordered dine in.
I'm frankly left wondering what on earth in that is worth loyalty. I'll spare the long story of how I know how bad DoorDash is as an app to both vendors and delivery workers, but I don't use them deliberately and if your loyalty app is just routing through as all the same thing... nah, I don't want to inherit being treated like their drivers when I'm giving your company a better cut of profits. can't wait till the Arby's across from you reopens, I'll just go there frankly.

Not sure if it was a manger tonight but to the middle age woman passing the food and supposedly banging orders check your customer service babe , it’s okay to take accountability that you didn’t give us what we ordered but you don’t ever argue about it especially over a chicken sandwich the attitude from all the employees is insane !
