This place sucks anymore, never get what I ordered when we go through the drive thru, ordered a regular roast beef and a burger and jalapeño poppers and they charged me 27.00 ridiculous wanted regular roast beef and got beef and cheddar which was cold. I will never spend another dime there.

Took food back to the counter because it was cold. While waiting for it to be heated up had to listen to one of the workers cussing and throwing a tantrum the whole time. The manager had to heat it up for me. The worker was very unprofessional. Will definitely think twice about going there again

They were not crowded at all, but it took over 15 minutes to get our order. Their appeared to be six people on duty but it did not seem that they were communicating or efficient at all. Both my husband and myself felt that the bread was very dry and that the sandwich didn't have the amount of meat on it that should be there. Other locations seem to put more meat on, so that could be improved.

GD Extrosion
I went into the store to pickup a Doordash order and was told the order was not in the system. So I was asking if they could place the order themselves. They would not. I try contacting Doordash Support and while contacting support a Blonde Female Manager (not the GM) tells me to basically cancel my order, I have never canceled an order and like to make sure I deliver my orders. So I stay there still waiting on Doordash Support. She then walks away for a bit like maybe 2 minutes and comes back up to me repeating the same thing and I try to explain to her that I was waiting but she doesn't give me an opportunity and tells me to get out of her store. I ask can I speak to the GM and she says they are not in right now and she is the manager. I then asked if I could show her something (Doordash Support responding) and she keeps repeating get out of my store. I was very fed up at this point and was being passive aggressive a little and told her she was the worst person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. So now Danielle doesn't get her food because some (manager) decides she doesn't get food.
