They were not crowded at all, but it took over 15 minutes to get our order. Their appeared to be six people on duty but it did not seem that they were communicating or efficient at all. Both my husband and myself felt that the bread was very dry and that the sandwich didn't have the amount of meat on it that should be there. Other locations seem to put more meat on, so that could be improved.

Got the French dip combo and the Beef and Cheddar combo. If you took the Roast beef off both sandwiches you could've made a slider. Guy at the window great. Food not so.If I was the manager I would give the guys their 15¢ hr raise for shorting the customers on their sandwiches. They did a great job at that. Now I understand why I cruise by Athens and don't stop. I would suggest the same to everyone. PS Great Job you Arby Maggots... Got a response from the owner said...

So frustrated with the ads for brown sugar bacon sandwiches. 3 times now I have ordered and the first one had lots of the brown sugar bacon. But, the last 2 only had a tiny bit of the brown sugar bacon and the rest was plain bacon.
