I love the quality of the food. However they need to fix their system. I have had to wait a full hour for a bagel sandwich. It does not require actual cooking and the food should be prepped.
Even when there was almost no other customers in the building it still took over 25 minutes. After many times I will not be coming here. At least for a long while.

Although they have a stellar reputation I was sorely disappointed! My bagel was clearly stale, it was hard to eat. Maybe it’s better when students are in school turning over the bagels faster. It was really bad, the bacon under cooked and the tuna salad plain and very dry. Good pickle though!

Came here while visiting the kids at the university. I had the pastrami and it was absolutely spectacular!!!
Long time customer, the prices continue to rise and quality is going out the door, almost anytime I order extra protein on my already 7-8$ bagel, it's comes out to over 10$ and never but once have I received extra whatsoever, it's truly disappointing, charging 10$ plus tax for a bagel with 2 strips of bacon, a slice of cheese and one hard boiled egg on it
