When I first walked into Big Mamma’s, I was greeted politely by staff. I got a burrito and nachos and though the nachos had little to offer, the burrito was amazing. I do not remember her name but this blonde girl (might have been the manager?) helped me find what burrito would best suit my needs. It was delicious. I will say the atmosphere was lacking a tad. The seating areas were uncomfortable and hurt to sit for too long. The tables were pretty clean and seemed to be kept well. Will definitely be going back soon!

I ordered big mamas tonight and I had a young man with glasses and a beard that was very rude. There was no chipotle ranch on my chipotle ranch burrito and he told me I would have to pay for a side of chipotle ranch. Then my friend ordered a breakfast burrito and there was no egg on it (which it is supposed to have). I love this place but this employee was extremely rude and ruined my experience tonight.

The owner is so nice and understanding, went in feeling super picky and the manager and owner helped me find a perfect burrito for my taste! Great recommendations and great burritos, I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Had a meh burrito here it was 1) a little pricey and 2) didn't have much meat on it. I had been here before and it was good. There are better options on court st IMO.
My chicken burrito was raw I told then and they made it again it was still raw.
