The biscuits were burnt which made for a very dry biscuits and gravy! I could not even eat it all Bc it was so dry! I paid for two rolls. I received ZERO rolls! I ordered hot cakes with bacon! I got no bacon, I got a cold piece of ham!

Atmosphere is great, very cozy. The service was a little slow, had to flag them down for coffee refills. The vegetable beef soup was very bland, really lacking in seasoning. Toilet in the ladies handicap stall was constantly running. I had to take the lid off the tank to make it flush. Told staff but they shrugged it off. I would eat here again, though, because it is so convenient, and the decor is inviting. Great coffee.

They love you only if u are a student. It's most of Athens county. Got food only one time that looked like been sitting out for hrs, and all dried out, crazy. Honestly they should get rid of the stupid new order online and pick up delivery. I seen the orders just sitting there for I don't know how long before someone came to pick it up. I don't know why lazy customers are ordering online. Just go to the restaurant and order takeout, u won't get food poisoning and such. And I noticed after all of Athens county uses order online pick up delivery, it's more prioritized than the non lazy customers that show up inside to shop, so the shelves go empty fast and you have to wait forever to sit inside restaurant, etc. too much time consuming

Ordered food for me and my family service was amazing. Sadly food was awfull. Hash browns were severely undercooked and our sausage was pink!! Im leaving a two star because our waitress was very kind and on point but that was it. If your hungry please save your money and pass this place up!

Did an online order and was sitting outside in my car waiting to pick up. My daughter went inside and stood at the counter attempting to pick up the order and NO ONE approached her. She said she felt uncomfortable and so she came back to the car. I called in and the food still took about 15 minutes or so (a very simple order) and was spilling all over the inside of the bag when I opened the bag. I have worked at a Bob Evans and frequent many when I go home (Ohio). I would not recommend this one to anyone. I even emailed a review and heard nothing back. Very disappointing. We were on a long drive and the kids were excited to get there and it was trash.

Well, really not much to brag about. The server was very polite and friendly but that is about as far as I'm willing to go. First, isn't Handicap parking supposed to be closer to the entrance? Maybe not clear around the corner of the entrance. The food took a tremendous amount of time to get to the table. Portions seemed extremely small. No butter served with the pancakes. The thing that baffled me the most, they were out of white milk. How in the world do you run out of milk in a restaurant such as this? If I were the manager, out of white milk go down the damn street and buy a couple of gallons.... NOT HAPPY WITH OUR VISIT..

Food was terrible, toast was burnt, wild fire chicken salads made wrong they forgot the bbq in the chicken in the salad, no dressing on the sandwich and chicken soup had no flavor, not the waitress fault but when we questioned if they changed the salad and forgot bbq, the brought us cups of bbq. Atmosphere was dirty everywhere on windows floors. Gave us to go cups and expected us to put what we had left in them…
