Went in for breakfast because I’ve had good experiences at this location. I normally am understanding as I am a waitress myself but this was just unacceptable. Our server claimed they were busy but there was hardly anyone in the place. She gave our food to the wrong table so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of the hour we had already been waiting. Never refilled our drinks and only asked us if we wanted a refill when we were already done eating. Also once our food came out only half of it was decent. My home fries were cold. Not even warm just cold. And my eggs were inedible. I also heard our server talking and laughing with coworkers so she must not have been that busy. When we finally got our checks a lot of the staff was just standing behind the counter talking. Just overall food and service were not great at all.

I've had nothing but good experiences here other than today. Our food was lukewarm at best when we received it, and one of the orders were wrong. We were one of 5 tables in the restaurant and I saw everyone waiter other than my own. Our waitress disappeared and didn't come back to the point my mom had to go up to the counter to ask for straws (which she said she was going to get us) because it was 5 minutes and she was not in sight. It also took us 30ish minutes just to get our rolls. As we were leaving we saw her walking into the closed section and on her phone, so I have a feeling I know why our food was cold and we never saw her. Waitress was nice but she did NOT know how to properly waitress.

Went in for supper and noticed how dirty looking the place was. I asked my wife do you want to leave. She said it was up to me. Well I made a bad decision and stayed. I got their slow simmered pot roast. Big mistake, I don't think they stired it all day. It had burnt flakes throughout it. I just told them I couldn't eat it and paid for my wife's meal. This restaurant really gives other well maintained Bob Evans a horrible name. Pure disgusting

Walked in with a party of four person. Was taking down a register. Didn't even say anything and stood there for 2 minutes while waiting for someone to come and seat us. Waiter took at least another 5 minutes to come and get our drink order by which time we already figured out what we wanted and ordered it. Somehow they were out of sausage patties which was in one of the meals. The food was average. The waiter never came to refill the drinks until near the end of the meal and only refilled one drink and in the end with tip had to pay over $80 for four people not worth it. Staff is not that great. Staff does not care and staff looks like they don't care dirty clothes.

Really bad from start to finish, the greater(Matti) was rude a basically barked at the people coming in, I have never heard welcome to bob evens soud so aggressive. In my opinion a restaurant that has a menu that is about half chicken meals should have chicken Really how can you be that unprepared. The server was nice, but the whole staff was immature the three male and one female servers standing at the prep station talking loudly about trying to hook up with one of the customers, then after ordering a chicken meal found out you didn't have any chicken available from a scream for the kitchen, I ordered the pot rost it was awful so salty. When I told the waiter he said sorry a walked off, didnt offer to make it right.

The waiter was very quick and nice, it was Thanksgiving so they had a limited menu. So I didn't really get what I wanted, but I did get the homestead breakfast. It was fine but the French toast was room temperature at best. Could have been better

Listen the lady was nice however when my bf got his steak it was barely cooked through the outside completely pink on the inside and when they took it back to the kitchen the girl was like yeah idk if it was supposed to be pink and the cooked exclaimed nooo it was not so I swear to god if we go home and he's throwing up I will make hell to this restaurant

Waited over a hour for breakfast to get here nothing fancy for them to make only 4 of us two separate orders ,waitress never came back to check on us to tell us why it was taking so long she was more worried about a couple hunters that came in after us that was sitting at a table that had ordered steak that they burned also 3 or 4 people came in ordered and ate while we was waiting on our food. When our food came out bacon was greasy not cooked all the way,over medium eggs were cold runny husbands scrambled eggs were runny and his pancakes were very burnt the other couple that was with us had burned pancakes as well.I needed a orange juice refill ,I had to ask for finally got it and when the waitress asked how everything was we told her not good. She immediately got a attitude told us some orders take longer we didn't order anything special steak should of took longer again they came in after us ordered after us got there food and was leaving while we were still waiting on ours to come oue. This waitress said in a rude voice give me your slip and was gone for several minutes then the manager came out great lady great customer service seen our food was burned and seemed to understand our aggravation she did compensate both our meals she was great everything else was terrible this lady was and is a great manager the only thing good about our visit this time. This is always or first stop for breakfast on a four hour trip we take down to west Virginia a few times a year. It don't stop there unfortunately! After leaving I had apparently got some sort of food poisoning I was nauseous, had diarrhea (not good when your traveling over four hours i barely made it to restrooms) I had to stop and by anti diarrhea medicine to make it the rest of the way down. Then this nausea and diarrhea continued to last two days after. Not how I wanted to start my vacation ? The only thing different I ordered than the other people with us was sausage gravy and biscuits ? So I'm thinking it was probably that that made me sick...I guess it could of been a fluke but with everything else happening with our meal and being the first meal we ate that day I find it quite a coincidence.
