Atmosphere is great, very cozy. The service was a little slow, had to flag them down for coffee refills. The vegetable beef soup was very bland, really lacking in seasoning. Toilet in the ladies handicap stall was constantly running. I had to take the lid off the tank to make it flush. Told staff but they shrugged it off. I would eat here again, though, because it is so convenient, and the decor is inviting. Great coffee.

We waited an hour for our food. Meanwhile, 4 or 5 carry out orders were placed and filled. Which means, the kitchen ticket system moves them to the top of the list of orders as soon as they are placed. When they were getting close to closing for the night and still had 6 tables that had been waiting 30+ minutes, they rushed through, trying to fill all of them at once...and therefore not paying attention to the food on the griddle, resulting in thin and overdone pancakes, and waaaay...

I've always loved Bob Evans due to it was a childhood memory also I love the atmosphere isn't to crowded due to I have social and generalized anxiety disorder...and love y'all food very tasty and affordable ♥️
