Food tastes okay on most days and on rest it is horrible. You ask them to hold the pickle they will make sure the put the pickle in your food. Coffee specifically is shitty. I go to Brenen’s atleast 5-6 times a week because it is closest to my dept. Never have I ever got coffee that tastes like coffee. It tastes like coffee water with ton of milk in it. Every-time I regret wasting $5 for a cup if watered down coffee flavored milk

Ordered a GINGERBREAD latte and they simply didn’t put any flavoring in it at all???? How did you miss the one thing that’s in the item name? It wasn’t even that busy compared to how it normally is when I go. I thought that maybe it had all just sank to the bottom, but by the time I was actually able to make sure that they really just didn’t give me what I ordered (despite the order slip on my drink saying the right order) I was too far away to come back and get it fixed. This place gets more disappointing every month. Good sandwiches but the thing they’re supposed to do more (coffee) they just don’t put any effort into making sure they provide what’s ordered.

Do not get coffee here. They do not make their espresso fresh. I asked for Americano and they basically just poured me iced coffee. Why have all that fancy coffee equipment if you’re not gonna make the drinks fresh? Either the staff are too lazy to make fresh espresso from the tap, or they clearly weren’t properly trained. I won’t be returning unless things change.

Fellas if you've ever heard listen to your wife, I will add, let them order first and don't be too proud to replicate her order. I got an iced milkyway, which was good, but my wife got the chocolate cherry cordial, which I would recommend to everyone. Chocolate covered cherry as an iced drink 10/10 delicious

Where's the beef? Literally 1 slice of thin sliced roast beef on this sandwich...I know times are tough but if you're going to call it a "Roast Beef" sandwich, shouldn't beef at least be a major ingredient?
