The manager Richard is not a nice guy. Asked me to leave because my service dog barked 2 or 3 times. It wasn't so much that ,but the nasty way he said it. Ever the server was embarrassed by him. Definitely not ADA compliant. Luckily we were paying our bill. I asked other customers if it bothered them and nobody said it did. My dog had been in several establishments that day and noone cared. Obviously he was having a bad day or just needed someone to take it out on. Iwould recommend avoiding this place .

Out of town friends wanted to meet here. Not my first choice as someone who doesn't eat animals, but I would meet these people almost anywhere! I'm a good eater and love eating out, so I was excited to try the cauliflower wings. Unfortunately, the only thing veg ended up being a tiny salad of shriveled lettuce. I was told that everything else (cauliflower, tortilla chips, potato wedges, etc.) was cooked in beef fat. I had heard about this switch to beef fat, but thought surely the vegetarian items would remain veg. Not the case though. Such a bummer. I will be sure to eat elsewhere beforehand if there's a next time. The service and beers were good.

Quality of food has been worse recently. Service has always been the worst of essentially any restaurant I've been to, but today they overcharged me and refused to fix the problem.
It's okay insofar as it's cheap. If it's not that cheap, due to inflation or overcharging people, it's not worth going to.

I do not think it is possible to suck in every way more than this location. They consistently take forever to prepare your food and they manage to screw up your order only about 75% of the time. At least they . . . well they really don't do anything well. Not coming back anymore.

I have been here twice, both times the service was very slow (probably more of a staffing issue), but my second time there, just a couple days ago, I got food poisoning from the Bacon Patty Melt sandwich I ordered. Absolutely horrid experience it has been.

Worst experience EVER, I was going to eat in, and there was no one at the host stand, but a sign that said to seat yourself, so I sat down, and waited to be served, and I never was, even though people that walked in at the same time as me, and sat down right next to me were greeted right away. This was already really annoying so I decided to just order take out so I wouldn't have to take up they're clearly very pressious time so I go on my phone to order and it doesn't work, whatever. So I went to the take out desk and ordered there. There were a bunch of people just standing around on they're phone, and only one person helping at the desk. When I was finally helped, the person who took my order, aka the only person who I have had any sort of interaction with so far, was the most UNFREINDLY and JUDGMENTAL person ever, I wasn't even going to write a review but this was THE thing that pushed me over the edge, I truly hope that I never have the displeasure of stepping foot in this awful establishment ever again.
