Quality of food has been worse recently. Service has always been the worst of essentially any restaurant I've been to, but today they overcharged me and refused to fix the problem.
It's okay insofar as it's cheap. If it's not that cheap, due to inflation or overcharging people, it's not worth going to.
Edit: For anyone interested I responded to the response to this review and no one ever bothered reaching out to me, so they wasted even more of my time.

I do not think it is possible to suck in every way more than this location. They consistently take forever to prepare your food and they manage to screw up your order only about 75% of the time. At least they . . . well they really don't do anything well. Not coming back anymore.

I have been here twice, both times the service was very slow (probably more of a staffing issue), but my second time there, just a couple days ago, I got food poisoning from the Bacon Patty Melt sandwich I ordered. Absolutely horrid experience it has been.

Worst experience EVER, I was going to eat in, and there was no one at the host stand, but a sign that said to seat yourself, so I sat down, and waited to be served, and I never was, even though people that walked in at the same time as me, and sat down right next to me were greeted right away. This was already really annoying so I decided to just order take out so I wouldn't have to take up they're clearly very pressious time so I go on my phone to order and it doesn't work, whatever. So I went to the take out desk and ordered there. There were a bunch of people just standing around on they're phone, and only one person helping at the desk. When I was finally helped, the person who took my order, aka the only person who I have had any sort of interaction with so far, was the most UNFREINDLY and JUDGMENTAL person ever, I wasn't even going to write a review but this was THE thing that pushed me over the edge, I truly hope that I never have the displeasure of stepping foot in this awful establishment ever again.

Nothing like ordering over 100 dollars of food an getting half of it and the half we got being messed up. Don't understand how you mess up this bad.
First time at this BWW location. Ordered boneless wings and bbq brisket tacos. The wings were barely warm and they were dried out, like they had been sitting out for awhile. They were drizzled in sauce rather than tossed in sauce, or maybe they were tossed and they were too dry to for me to tell. The tacos were an amazing concept but bland. Either smoke the meat or season it. The tortillas they came in were chewy, like they were straight out of the bag and not even warmed up. The BBQ sauce was ok but the guacamole didn't pair well with it. It came with chips and salsa. The chips were good and warmer than the wings. I got a to-go box for the wings so I could take them home and fix them up. Wings were a bit pricey for something that tasted like it was thrown in an air fryer and forgotten about. The tacos have potential, they just need a lot of tweaking.

Last time I ordered I was supposed to get Caribbean jerk and honey barbecue and the guy who handed me the food even confirmed it. I got home and had completely different flavors, Buffalo and Thai Curry. If they didn't have the flavors I wanted I wish they would have asked me for what flavors I would have liked instead because Thai Curry is not good. Plus I would have gotten ranch with the buffalo if I had known I was getting a different order.

Normally when my significant other and I go (idk if it matters but we are an MLM in relationship. It shouldn't but in today's world it might) we have great food and wonderful service. But today we went in for dinner and our server came up and asked if we were on separate checks I said no. Thats fine do your job I work in food industry I get it. We got our drinks in and then our food and saw her once after that. She sat 1 table who was full of typical male jocks they got there after us and got there food before us. We watched her go to their table every few minutes and completely ignored us. We continued to sit and wait for our food for 40 minutes (wings and potato wedges). We then waited an additional hour to get our check and pay. Where the tables that got there after us who was in her row got served and left. Like I said prior I work in the food industry so I know in the US it's a big thing to leave tips because we are underpaid I will normally leave at least a 20% tip. This was the first time I've been this disappointed in the service at this restaurant. When I am taking my significant other out a date I expect to be treated like everyone else. I recommend the food just next time it'll be to go if I eat there again because that was ridiculous.
