So this was a woldly mixed experience.
First off. The service was good. People were mostly attentive. Nice.
The food is where things get mixed. My daughter ordered a bento box and everything looked great. The veggies were a tad under done but over all it was very good.
We got the bao bao app, which was play. I think the fryer was either overused or too low temp becauae things were too oily. But not horrid.
Now the bad part. I ordered the crispy duck. It took a long time. Came out cold. They reheated it. Skin was flacid add not crisp at all. And it had no seasoning at all. And somehow it was both dry and tender. And all this was true before the reheat. Overall just not the best food experience in athens.

Food is always fast, delicious, and perfectly cook. I have been going here for YEARS!!! definitely my go to restaurant and a treasure place to eat in Athens Ohio!

I went in to eat never got asked for refill of my drink which is just common courtesy.
But then I went back to get an order for mg step dad and they charge $1 yes $1 for 2 tablespoons of yum yum sauce.
Thats outrageous price so I went back in and said I brought a container and they said it should be in the bag i said yes but I paid $1 one and they said yeah that is a $1 one. I was like that little thing is a $1? Total rip off!
Also to mention the guy who looked like the owner when I asked that was is a $1 was very rude gave me a rude look.

Long wait and order for Szechuan bean curd was terrible!!! They didn’t even fry the tofus! They didn’t add veggies! I’m disappointed!

I live in Japan and came to this restaurant for some proper Asian food. I'm possibly spoiled by Japanese customer service, but after standing for 5 minutes at the desk, I see no staff, no instruction, and have no idea if I wait longer or go ahead and sit, so I leave.
