Filthy like most Chipotle’s, and none of the workers seem to care less. Slow service like most because their focus is more on online orders than actual in person customers. Food is consistent if not better here than some others.

Food can be hit or miss but that’s understandable. There is a girl I’ve seen working the mobile counter a couple times I’ve been in and she refuses to turn away from her station to help the group of 6+ customers waiting for their mobile orders. The first time a doordasher got her attention to let her know about the waiting crowd and the worker shrugged her shoulders and said that someone “should’ve said something”, even though several people had tried to get her attention/show their order on their phone with no luck. I don’t mind waiting a minute because I know it can get busy, but she will continue to work on future orders and expect customers to talk to the back of her head and consequently look irritated when they “make” her stop what she’s doing. Not really pleasant:(

This is the trashiest chipotle I’ve ever been ate at. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They give the skimpiest portions. They get mad I if you ask for extra of anything. The bathrooms are always dirty. The staff stands around and does nothing. You can walk in one hour before close and they act like it’s the biggest deal. They stand up there and roll their eyes and slam stuff around. I’d suggest going to Qdoba or somewhere else that you get your moneys worth and better service.

terrible customer service, liars, said no queso left but 15 seconds later my friend orders and there is a full bucket of queso. the worker has some red hair, she needs fired
$21 in 2024 for a simple bowl with double meat plus guac. The meat was so lightly sprinkled as you can see in the photo that I thought they were joking. When I asked for double, the sprinkling was even less, and I was shocked at the price of $21 for the bowl, and $3 for a bottle of water.
The dining area is messy and disgusting, and the girl working the register didn’t look me in the eye. I’m a pleasant person, and was hoping Chipotle’s newer reputation didn’t extend to this location.
Unfortunately, it did and I was disappointed.
