Wow! This is the best chipotle I've ever been to. The atmosphere is unique and cozy. The service was quick and friendly. All of my hot items were hot and cold items were cold. I wish I lived closer to come more often!

This is my first experience at Chipotle, I ordered doordash. I had a high protein bowl with large chips and queso and a Mexican Coca-Cola. I'M TOTALLY IMPRESSED šš That's the best food I've ever had in the past 5 years I've lived in Athens county Ohio. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GETTING MORE!

The last few times Iāve gone here they have told me they are out of half of the items even though theyāre covered up (online orders only)? I reached out to chipotle corporate privately about these incidences and never heard back. Company must be going down the drain. I advise anyone not go here unless theyāre fine with not getting at least 1-2 of the ingredients they were there for.

Had the worst Experience at this Restaurant. When they handed us our food, They failed to mention that half of it wasnāt there due to them running out of food. They assume we will just go on our way. So when we asked why there wasnāt any chips, Queso, Corn salsa, Lettuce, Sour cream And guacamole- The girl running the drive-through literally started shaking and freaking out on us, saying that they ran out of food and that we are holding up a line! when we asked for two tortilla shells since we didnāt get the chips we paid for it. She said here hereās two and thatās pushing it! Like really we didnāt get anything but beans, rice, and protein ( That was basically chunks of fat) We wanted our money back and they could have their Food back! However, since it was an online order, we had to go online and get a refund- Which I did with no issues. Athens, Ohio location really needs to take a step back and look at how stressed out their employees are to the point of a mental breakdown obviously. And the girl needs a lesson on how to treat other people! ššš»šš»

Donāt ever order DoorDash, they will give you extremely small portions. I kept thinking maybe it was just a bad worker but after like the 5th time I gave up. This is never worth $15+ š¤£

Never have quesadillas. legit never. since november theyāve had quesadillas maybe 2 days and not even the whole day. itās honestly super annoying. iāll start going elsewhere.

Food can be hit or miss but thatās understandable. There is a girl Iāve seen working the mobile counter a couple times Iāve been in and she refuses to turn away from her station to help the group of 6+ customers waiting for their mobile orders. The first time a doordasher got her attention to let her know about the waiting crowd and the worker shrugged her shoulders and said that someone āshouldāve said somethingā, even though several people had tried to get her attention/show their order on their phone with no luck. I donāt mind waiting a minute because I know it can get busy, but she will continue to work on future orders and expect customers to talk to the back of her head and consequently look irritated when they āmakeā her stop what sheās doing. Not really pleasant:(

This is the trashiest chipotle Iāve ever been ate at. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They give the skimpiest portions. They get mad I if you ask for extra of anything. The bathrooms are always dirty. The staff stands around and does nothing. You can walk in one hour before close and they act like itās the biggest deal. They stand up there and roll their eyes and slam stuff around. Iād suggest going to Qdoba or somewhere else that you get your moneys worth and better service.
