Placed a delivery order that was scheduled to arrive an hour after we ordered. After an hour and a half, I called to get an update and was told that there was no driver available to my food had been sitting there for 45 minutes.

I asked the employee working to remake it and she got extremely frazzled and frustrated when I asked how long it would be. I then asked about how to get a refund since I ordered through their site and she hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I have a very good sense these people are scared of there own shadow I was out doing a camp for hunting and couldn't get them to do a delivery at a gas station unless I gave them a address after saying they could even if I paid with a card they was scared to be robbed this is nuts .

To bad I can't rate lower then 1
My son and my poor dog got sick after eating the chicken calzone. I'm glad I didn't get the chicken.
We got 6 calzones..The box has a place to mark what's inside the mystery calzones..Staff felt the need to not mark and made us cut each open to identify. My wife tried to reach out and got No Reply At All
Avoid this place at all costs.

Not really an atmosphere type of place. But the food and service is very good. Surprisingly their chocolate milkshakes are killer!

I got the Tso or whatever you call it calzone. It was terrible. Should have stuck with the real ones. Not sure if it was an experiment, but I do not recommend the Tso calzone. Teriyaki chicken does not belong in a calzone. Period. Doesn't work. Will have to try a real calzone one of these days. It was late too, not a lot to choose from. Maybe the food quality fluctuates depending on time.

Food is fine, but sometimes it comes to your house at a reasonable time, and sometimes (like right at this minute) it’s been an hour and a half since you’ve placed the order, it’s about to be your bed time, and the calzone still hasn’t arrived even though a half an hour ago they sent a text saying it left the shop.

Update: It arrived over an hour and a half after the order was placed and the taste reflects this - lukewarm and tough.

Doesn’t deliver to united lane despite it being closer than most of Athens so I guess I don’t get my points anymore

Placed a delivery for 2 milkshakes and I live a quarter mile away. Why is it not here after 2 hours and why does this happen so often. It will be the last time it happens to me.

4 calzones for $25. Neato selection. Seem short staffed, but never a long wait. 5 stars but please remember to write contents on the boxes, I don't like having to finger pop my zone to determine it's contents.
