Horrendous nighttime crew, the manager (I think his name might be Justin) is just awful. We don’t know his name for sure because they all refuse to give us their names. We have to call in complaints after every order.

We’ve ordered from Nelsonville and had success every time but this Athens location is absolutely ridiculous. The daytime manager (Maybe Bek) was kind and tried to apologize for how horrible the night manager was. She said she gets complaints on him constantly.

Save your time and order somewhere else in Athens but especially if you’re ordering in the evening, DO NOT order from them.

They look at you through the window over an hour before theyre closed and dont answer the phone. Not the same welcoming staff as last August for sure. Unable to order online.

This dominos has canceled my order 8 times in a row. For the last 3 weeks I have tried to order a pizza and get a notification that someone is preparing my food only to show up to a very unfriendly person that looks annoyed that I wanted to give them money.

Hands down the worst customer service skills I have seen from management. The manager told me they were under a lot of pressure and she can only do so much after several calls which being over 2 hrs for a pre pay order. Then hung the phone up refusing to speak and refusal for reimbursement. Absolutely embarrassing that a manager can’t handle customer service which is the first concept of food service industry. Yelling at customers is humiliating claiming you hold a management position.

Terrible customer service. Over 2 hour wait and was not notifiedafter calling twice. Manager unable to handle responsibilities and kept hanging the phone up after order was prepaid. Ridiculous.

If multiple orders “have issues” as you said, maybe cancel them before we wait a half hour for a pizza that was never coming. Finally showed up to get our pizza just to get told we “didn’t pay ahead” when really there was an issue with it so they had to cancel. Then they actually didn’t start our pizza until we waited 10min. Any sense of urgency would be nice. Got stuck waiting near a bunch of screaming drunk girls in an echoed space who were kicking around the air insanely, all for a pizza we should have been able to grab and go on.
