Placed an online order sat in the pick up line for 25 minutes passed the time the food was done. When our turn came at the window we sat for 5 minutes and we're not acknowledge once by the staff. By far the worst run Donatos I have ever been to. I would recommend driving right by and trying a different restaurant in the area

Typical great donatos pizza. Ate in and pizza was freshest tasting donatos I have ever had. Friendly and accommodating and clean dining room.

I placed my order online. It was ready on time, the gentleman working the drive-thru was polite as well.
I did not know that there are 2 business in this building and 2 different drive-thrus one is Donatos and the other is a coffee shop. I pulled through the wrong one. Just wanting to make sure others know.

It's Donatos, and it is good. But it is also a coffee shop and also an arcade graveyard. It would be nice if they fixed all the games (or barring that, just remove them) and created a fun family dining experience. I can bet you they would get more business with that one simple improvement. Take some pride in your business.
But alas, this is Athens, the place where things go to die...or perhaps they were dead before they got here.

donatos pizza is the only pizza I will eat.i like it even more the next day.cold pizza is awesome. a month ago we went to donatos and ask for some cinnamon sticks with are pizza and got the party sticks we didn't check until we got home. so my wife called and told them.well they must of put it in the computer when we went back a month later we got cinnamon sticks with are pizza.that was very cool.thanks again donatos..

I've been to many Donato's all over the state. It's a great company and they generally make a good product. The Athens Donato's is a glaring exception. The first time I went to this restaurant, it was a sad disappointment. But I'll always give a place another chance. Tonight only confirmed what a poorly run restaurant this is. They got the order completely wrong, it was under-cooked and and the girl even acknowledged they didn't do it right. When I asked them to correct the order, the gal just shoved the pizza at me and walked away. Who ever is the manger or owner better hire a higher caliber of kid, and give these kids some actual training. This place is a dump.

Came in to dine in and waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before the delivery man finally asked us if we were help while all the lady workers we standing behind the metal shelves . Absolutely ridiculous the finally when we got to order she charged us for drinks that were supposed to be free
