Placed an online order sat in the pick up line for 25 minutes passed the time the food was done. When our turn came at the window we sat for 5 minutes and we're not acknowledge once by the staff. By far the worst run Donatos I have ever been to. I would recommend driving right by and trying a different restaurant in the area

I placed my order online. It was ready on time, the gentleman working the drive-thru was polite as well.
I did not know that there are 2 business in this building and 2 different drive-thrus one is Donatos and the other is a coffee shop. I pulled through the wrong one. Just wanting to make sure others know.
It's Donatos, and it is good. But it is also a coffee shop and also an arcade graveyard. It would be nice if they fixed all the games (or barring that, just remove them) and created a fun family dining experience. I can bet you they would get more business with that one simple improvement. Take some pride in your business.
But alas, this is Athens, the place where things go to die...or perhaps they were dead before they got here.
