Great service and delicious coffee! They were nice and made a made me a mocha that was less sweet and offered to alter it if it wasn't what I was looking for. The chocolate chip muffin was also really good. I liked the atmosphere and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

Donkey Coffee is hands-down one of the best cafés I’ve ever visited. I ordered a Cuban coffee that was every bit as rich and flavorful as anything I’ve had in the Cuban district of Key West, Florida — maybe even better! To top it off, the date and oat pastry bar was out of this world — perfectly balanced, lightly sweet, and absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and authentically local — the kind of spot that makes you want to linger for hours. The staff were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every guest had a great experience.
Five stars all the way around. If you’re in Athens, this is a must-visit!

Listen everything here is great, but I got one beef. How in 2025, does an amazing coffee shop like donkey not have cold foam. Nowadays I don’t even really drink coffee for the coffee but really just the cold foam, I’m sure some can agree with me on that. So please donkey, get coldfoam for your customers, literally all you have to do is like froth milk right??? Idk if I’ll be back here until cold foam is provided, best wishes.

We are always on the lookout for a good coffee shop during our travels. Stopped here today. Service fast and friendly. Coffee was pretty good. We purchased 2 iced lattes. Will definitely stop in again.
