I got delivered a papaya sald and it was absolutely disappointing. It was clearly not fresh and the lemon was even squished. I think for a bit more than 12 dollars you shouldn't send something soggy and clearly more than 3 days old. I am not ordering ever again.

I now understand the lime was pickled thank you for the clarification. However, I still found the overall quality and freshness lacking. I’ve had papaya salad at other Thai restaurants, and while presentation varies, the ingredients in those dishes were noticeably fresher.
Regarding the refund: yes, I did receive my money back because I do not believe customers should pay for a service or product that does not meet basic quality standards.
Lastly, I found your tone unnecessarily rude. All feedback, even when critical, should be handled professionally. Telling others to disregard honest experiences is unprofessional. I wish you the best moving forward.

Delicious papaya salad with PICKLED LIMES. Last reviewer said limes were old and is sorely mistaken. Please check with a small business owner before leaving an undeserving bad review. It hurts them more than you know. I also got the veggie fried rice and love me some Asian broccoli 💗 Thanks for dinner May!

this was amazing food!!! we got a green papaya salad and mama pad tom yum with veggies. it was all so flavorful and the lady was very nice and brought our food outside :)

Fantastic Thai food and drink. I've eaten food from Dr. Mays on probably 2 dozen occasions at various events in and around Athens, at her food ? and now at the new brick and mortar location on E. State St. (See photos).The food has always been excellent. My favorite is her basil chicken. Highly recommend.

Just awful service. Asked questions regarding the dishes we planned on ordering and confirmed with entire staff what we order would come out as we asked. Received the food and it was not at all what we ordered, which we asked multiple times prior, portions were small and bland. When we spoke to the staff on why things were wrong we were brushed off and told to order something else again. For any question we had after receiving our food was countered with a random answer or something 'obvious' that we should've known. Just glad this isn't really a doctors office because no one would be saved.
