About IHOP

IHOP is a pet-friendly restaurant with a polite staff who offer both water and coffee. The lemon ricotta mixed berry protein pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, and sausage links are served hot and to a good standard. However, the Nashville hot chicken has a strong vinegar taste and the Colorado omelet's ham may not appeal to everyone. The service and food quality are generally good, but there have been some instances of poor service and food quality. Prices for some items, such as tea, waffles, and appetizers, are considered high.

The restaurant was not very busy for a Saturday morning, and the lack of customer service after being seated and the unmotivated greeter was detrimental to the overall visit. However, the waitress, described as a tall blonde with a ponytail, was a true professional. The food was generally good, but some issues were noted, such as the eggs being cooked in butter, the hash browns being burned, the pancakes being undercooked, and the chicken tenders having more breading than chicken. The restaurant was also reported to be very clean and stylish.
