We were seated right away which was nice and it wasn't busy. Our drink and food order was taken in a timely manner. The wait for our food took forever. From start to finish was almost 2 hours. We hardly ever saw our waitress. She waits until the food was made and bringing it out to us to tell me that they didn't have any avocados for my bacon avocado eggs Benedict and if that was okay. Of course I said yes because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for them to make something else. Also, I don't believe they should have eggs Benedict on the menu at all because they don't know how to poach an egg. The waitress finally brings the bill, which I immediately hand her payment so we could leave. It took another 15 minutes to have her bring my credit card back to me. I am leaving 3 stars because everyone else's food was good but we will not be back.

A group of 4 of us visited for breakfast around 8:45 on the 1st. Upon entering there were 3 employees standing around the counter, none of them acknowledged us. 2 walked away the 3rd was moving around and kept his back to us. Finally after 5 -6 minutes he just turned asked how many and took us to our table. We were the only customers waiting to be seated. Upon being seated we had to wait another almost 10 minutes for our waitress. I think she had just cclocked in. But no one asked if we needed water or coffee or anything else until she arrived. Fortunately she was a true professional. I wish I could remember her name. The restaurant was not very busy for a Saturday morning. The lack of customer service after being seated and the unmotivated greeter was detrimental to the overall visit. Our waitress, kinda tall blonde hair in a ponytail, was the bright spot. The food was good.

Don’t go here after 6pm. We waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks, while the waitress was having a conversation with a co-worker. Then when our food arrived my eggs were overcooked. We asked for a refill on drinks. She said she would be right back. She never came back with the drinks. Horrible experience. We will definitely not be going back there again . At least not after 6pm. We are regulars and very disappointed in the way we were treated. This has happened to us before when we come after 6pm

Id leave zero stars if I could. Bit into my burger it was raw raw and the kids eat free sign is not a real thing unless u tell them and you still have to make sure they did it. They charge you for the wrong drinks that u never got and charge you for the drinks you ordered so it’s like you’re double charged for drinks. The steak burger is advertise as $5 it’s not $5 it’s $7 plus a drink which isn’t a big deal but still why advertise it. The customer service is bad I got my food before I got my fries my fries was like 15 min later. And I almost got hit in the face with a plate due to the waitress not paying attention
I don’t know how to comment back to you but I don’t need Athens store to contact me I contacted them and they were rude about then whole thing. They knew they were in the wrong and just raised the voice and talked over me so thank you but no.
10/10 food is really good and hot and fresh and the waiters are really nice

I went with my dad for what we were hoping to be a nice quick-ish breakfast, Considering we got seated right away. We waited over 30 minutes to get our order taken, and then it took almost an hour to get the food. I get stuff can be backed up in the kitchen and busy but there was no communication, our server only talked to us once when we called her over to ask what was going on. Food tasted okay but wasn’t worth the hour and a half wait.

Come on ihop I was there Wednesday july 24 an 2 other people in there eating ,service was not good was not asked for refills didn't see the waitress most of the time pancakes were so small with maybe a tablespoon of blueberries an they were so cold !! Usually so good !!!
