Excellent experience every time at Jimmy John’s in court street. The service is consistently great, the location is always clean, and the manager Adam is fantastic. Orders are made fast and always with a smile. Highly recommend this spot!

Ordered food for myself and my kids. The assistant mgr was a sweetheart. She gave me an extra sandwich when I came to pick up. She was very friendly over the phone and helped me with a cup holder. She deserves a promotion. I asked her name but I forgot it maybe lizzy.

Why does it take this store specifically so long to deliver! Ordered an hour before for my lunch break. Didn’t even get it in time to eat. Probably have to cancel and wait for my money back now. This isn’t even the first time this is happened. Multiple multiple times. Taking an hour - hour and a half to deliver it. Not even a cooked sub.
