I ordered a slim 2. The bread came out hard, so I requested fresher bread (keeping the same meat). The younger, first kid to greet me seemed a bit confused, but happy to exchange. Then the lead came over and gave me attitude, rolling eyes and acted like I was crazy for even asking for fresh bread. Not a great experience as I was polite, but simply wanted bread that wasn’t hard.

Still one of the greatest places on earth to eat at! I hated how sarcastic & rude the employees were but the gourmet subs are to die for! I would choose this place over any place on earth. The only thing I'd change about this place is the people who work here.
