foods great. you know what’s not great? that this is the second time in a week that they have given my order to someone else. it’s not professional nor how you run a business. do better and stop being so lazy.

We were stuck in the drive-through for 40 minutes, and still had 3 cars ahead of us. One of us checked inside, and there were people sitting unhappily waiting for long periods for their food as well. Meanwhile, the staff was laughing and having a good time. I spoke with the manager and was told that door dash orders were coming in that needed filled first, and she had a new staff. She said she couldn't tell us how much longer it would be. We could not get out of the drive through line, as we were stuck by cars lined out to the street. Finally, after 40 minutes, all the cars behind us left and we were able to back up and leave as well. Hadn't even gotten to the order speaker after 40 minutes of being stuck in line!!! We went to a different restaurant's drive thru and had our food there within 5 minutes. I would suggest having a better system to handle door dash as a business, so you don't lose more customers like us. We had been traveling, and KFC added an extra hour on our drive, without even getting any food!

Food and employees are starting to slide down hill food is not fully cooked and the employees are definitely the type that need a coa coa blankey and a safe space . Now that don't mean all the employees there are that way but would definitely say the owner needs to watch what he hires adults not children pretending to be . After all we all know fast food is a very harsh business. Can't band everyone that offends or don't put chap stick on lips to worship the order taker won't stay open long
