Very, very slow service. Orders aren't right. I ordered a large coke and got tea. How does that happen?? Ask for sausage biscuit and get english muffin. Really? And did I mention how SLOW they are?? Over 20 minutes in drive thru. Today guy took 3 minutes to give back $3 change. 2 lanes for ordering, I was in lane 2. Lane 1 had 3 cars go thru before I was even asked for my order. It's bad.
The fruit flies were so bad literally 100s of flies every where especially all over the soda machine. The workers seem very clueless too like this isn't rocket science its McDonalds lol. One good thing is the food is always hot and fresh.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie is now just a memory, as their having problems with their system. It's been a week 😪 PLEASE FIX IT
I thought these were supposed to have cheese on them by defult? I never said no cheese. It would also be nice to get the correct sauce packets, especially when you ask me about them. Friendly staff though, mistakes happen. Just don't go here expecting 3 star service.

Like all kids, my kids love their nuggets. But I refuse to eat there because I'm the last several years, I have yet to get a complete order right unless it's just nuggets or fries. They even get drinks wrong constantly. And my mom had eating restrictions so she gets her burger with nothing on it, other than cheese..nope, everything on it. In the dt they're always using the wrong screen so you can't even try to see if it's entered right. Drive me nuts. I drive all the way to town to e state (which is twice as far away) to get food if I have to
Nice well kept dining room. Staff was lovely and very attentive.

My wife ordered a decaf coffee about 7:30 pm. After waiting for 5 min, when handed the coffee it was cooler to the touch than room temperature. She asked the server whom handed it to her if he could feel that it was cold and not even slightly warm. He responded with "Yes, I guess so." After a scowl of disbelief and about 10 second delay, he offered to make a fresh pot. The floor behind the counter had a few pieces of trash and several fries on it. There were only 3 cars in the drive through and 2 other customers in the dinning room.

Had our breakfast order completely wrong, called them and they were into lunch already but management remade the complete order anyway to make it right. McDonalds is what it is but I like this location because management does their job and treats people right!

Eggs were a little on the rubbery side. I'm thinking overcooked or old Eggs ?? Other than that it was a nice breakfast.
Parking: Parking is limited cause it was full when I arrived. Had to park a little far away.

Got a quarter pounder that was raw. Totally disgusting, not to mention I ate some of it before I noticed. People want 15.00 an hour to work fast food, they should learn to cook first. I won't go back

Let me paint the picture: me and my roommate have been academic weapons during all of midterm week, and all we wanted at 8:30pm on a Sunday night was those sweet, sweet, golden arches. We arrive at the McDonald's at 399 Richland, ready to absolutely grub on our big mac meal and medium fry. When we walked inside to order, we were immediately focused on one of the employees hugging what appeared to be her family, in between preparing the food. She was also making what I believe to be her sister a "special" desert, that was later half ate and then taken and placed at the preparation station, where some meals were being prepared. This said employee was also taking bites and sips of her family's food, all while complaining that "there's too many orders!" and yelling the name of every family member that should come and work there to prove a point to her mother. I got second hand embarrassment. At this point, we'd already been waiting about 20 minutes for 3 items. This is when her mother began to give her a hard time, and telling her that "this is fast food, it should be fast", while causing her daughter to be distracted and creating an absolute yap session that no one in the establishment cared to hear. The cherry on top was when the said employee was handing her family the food after 30 minutes of just us being there, and then told her to check and make sure her order was right, and then THEN THE MOM YELLED AT THE DAUGHTER OVER MAYO AND LETTUCE? They were also out of sweet tea and would not put more in the lobby, so my roommate was forced to go without her sweet tea she paid an extra $0.90 for. In the end, it took us 35 minutes to get a big mac and 2 medium fries. The fries also had no salt on them, so they sucked. Save your time and go to the McDonald's on E State Street. Better people and food.
