Everytime I've got anything from here,they have messed up ,atleast 1 of my items,if not multiple. There customer service is horrible ,trying to have your order fixed or whatever, they want to argue with you and tell you they know they gave you all of your order bc they packed it themselves or as the one worker said today," I'm sorry,yea (rude as can be tone) you see ,we are very busy rn". This was said to us as ,I looked around there place ,and literally ,there was 2 vehicles in drive thru ,and maybe 4 vehicles for inside. But they were super busy, that caused there employee to be rude, to mess up our order today, not 1 time,but twice ,and that's when I had enough . I just said thank you ,took the order and left.

Probably the worst place I've stopped yet in Athens, the lady who I'm assuming was the manager due to having a different shirt than anyone was extremely unfriendly, they forgot something in our meal and I stood up by the counter waiting to tell them for at least 7 mins despite the manager looking lady, looking at me several then when she finally did come over to me she totally skipped over me to help someone else who had just walked in, probably won't be back 2 out of 5 do not recommend.
Parking: Not a very wide parking lot and parking is tight.

Traveling back to WI and we stop to grab a bit and directions on a hotel. Not one person knew anything ?♀️ so due to lack of knowledge we didn't ask anymore questions and left with our stale luke warm food.

It doesn’t make it any better how rude they are when taking your order. You’d expect better service overall in a town like Athens. The McDonald’s on Richland Ave is a lot better.
