I recommend to quit the corporate greed & drop Doordash as your delivery service and hire enough actual drivers. Is the poor customer service & giving you a bad name really worth the $money$ saved from paying someone? I'm so tired of my order being rerouted to Doordash then they have the nerve to text or call me to complain because I live outside of town and they have to drive to me for a $5 tip on a $20 order then I'm already being charged $6 delivery fee. Therefore that should be $11 going to the driver not to mention whatever Doordash may throw on top (as I know they often do have bonuses). That's the BS a customer has to deal with 99% of the time and like I told the driver a tip is earned not given. I will add to a tip everytime if I get my food in a timely manner, have good communication and a polite driver.

For my most recent visit there were only 2 employees working so it took a little longer than expected, I order online and this is the first time in 4 different visits that they got my order right! These 2 employees are rock stars! This is in Athens, O 5pm on Tuesday 6/24/25.

Their order ahead system needs lots of work. It's currently set up to put the preplaced order into the system half an hour before the order is supposed to be ready. So even though I placed the order 4 hours ahead of everyone else, because the system didn't place it in the queue until 6:45, they were already an hour and a half behind on orders, so instead of mine getting bumped up the list so it would be ready at the time I requested 4 hours prior, it got added to the bottom of the currently placed orders and I was told that my pizza's wouldn't be ready until 2 hours after my preplaced order time. It was very frustrating that I did my due diligence to get the pizza's at the time I needed them with the system that they put in place for that reason, and yet I was still pushed to the back of the line behind all of the people that placed last minute orders. Needless to say that I canceled my order and went to Avalanche Pizza instead.

Thin crust pizza was a tough as cardboard. Bad layout for a pizza place, I went in to look at the menu and people were coming in and out and i was either in there way, or they were in mine. The front door slammed loudly over and over while i was there as well. Overall a poor experience....

Ordered pizza, the order was wrong But the asst. Manager was very kind and helpful. I will keep doing business there as long as they have employees like her, it was amie who waited on me, although I didn't my anchovies.
One of the worst places to ever get food. I get you guys are mad you only make $8 a hour but that’s a you problem cry about it. I order a pizza they try to charge me more than the signs say. After the pizza was cooked of course not cooked all the way felt like play-Doh i go home and go to eat it with the family. I open the pizza and it’s not cut at all it’s a literal frisbee. The workers there are so rude. You can find better quality pizza in a dumpster
