Online order incorrect and when you try and call yo the store its automatically a call center to take your order? But i tell them it was a a screwed up order then i can get transferred to local store to witch i sat on hold for 15 minutes for no apparent reason as i had just been in the store qnd they were dead as in not busy at all however they could not answer the green haird woman behind the counter should focus on ger job and not her clout train

Been a little while since we ordered. Got a lrg pan 3 topping deal with breadsticks and 2 liter. The pizza was made on time. We ordered it seven hours ahead of time. Young man at the counter was polite. Quality of food was great. Brought me back to a Friday night in 1992. Good job and will order again.

I was supposed to have TWO orders of breadsticks! One separate order and another order with my pasta!!!! Per the picture from your website, the pasta included breadsticks for $14 or I would have never spent $14 on a SMALL bowl of pasta! And on top that the food was Cold Also! I have been in bed in pain with a migraine alllllll day and was really looking Forward to my dinner! Will not order from again!

I have had two disappointing delivery experiences at this location, so I no longer order from here. Most recently, my pizza was delivered to the wrong building in my apartment complex. I had selected a no-contact delivery, as I was under the weather, and waited quite a while for delivery. Eventually, a kind neighbor brought it to me, but by then, the pizza was cold. Unfortunately, I had tipped in advance through the app, which felt like a waste since the delivery was not properly completed and the food was cold and unappetizing.
The previous order was also late and arrived cold. I could see the driver parked for an extended time at a different location on the delivery tracker.
I don’t order delivery often, so it’s a treat when I do, but both experiences missed the mark and were not worth the cost. If you decide to order here, pickup might be the better option. It appears Pizza Hut used DoorDash for delivery, and in my case, the service left me disappointed and regretting the expense.

We Always loved Pizza Hut, never had a bad experience…got our Medium pizza which had maybe a teaspoon of sauce on it. Absolutely no taste of the sauce being present on the pizza what so ever! I went and told them about it..they ignored my complaint and I asked for more sauce and they charged me 2.99 for the sauces! Sorry Pizza Hut, we won’t be back for awhile!

Worst stuffed crust pizza I have ever gotten. dough was old, cheese was non existent and sauce was slopped on. I suggest finding new management quickly before you lose all regular customers. I know I won't be ordering for awhile and I typically order once a week sometimes twice.

I haven’t had problems with the people at the store HOWEVER the corporate pizza office is TERRIBLE to work with. Ordered food online a couple weeks ago for it to be delivered by door dash…Almost an hour later the dasher delivers the food to the wrong apartment complex. Door dash pretty much says not our problem call Pizza Hut. I call multiple different numbers with no help and finally got to the store itself. Thankfully the person there credited the transaction, so great.
This leads to tonight. Place a SIMPLE order over the phone system because I knew I needed to use a credit. The lady takes my order of a large CHEESE pan pizza. The lady then hangs up on me before even finishing the total. We pick up the pizza for it to not even the right order! So tired of this place. Beware to check your orders before leaving 🙄

I just had the worst experience of my life at this place! The “manager” gave her tips bc I waited for 1 hour for my pizzas. I ordered online went in the store after 14 mins asked for my order they lied and said mine was coming out…. So 45 mins later atleast 10 orders went out. I tried to remain calm but still no word on my food so I asked to make sure it was being made. Still nothing. Then I asked for a refund the nasty manger said she would cancel it I said I want my money back she said I can’t do that…I asked again for my money back she said take my tips… so instead of money on my card she forced me to take her tips… who ever was working tonight they all need fired!! Never again will I step foot back in that awful nasty place
