I was in town for work. Just so happened to stumble upon this hidden gem of delicious pizza. Ordered the thin crust super supreme. Yes, pizza is pizza, but this pizza was GREAT!! Possibly perfection, in my opinion. Make sure to give this place a try for

MUST TRY!!! I ordered from Plus 1 Pizza the first time because I'd received a coupon in the mail. That was more than two years ago. The food is amazing! Whether it's pizza, subs, stromboli or wings I promise you won't find better in Athens County. They don't scimp on toppings. There's always enough to fill you up. It's the number one go to for any food I don't make myself. The prices remain reasonable and I can feed two of us for the same amount of less that I'd spend at any of the numerous fast food restaurants around. Their loyalty program is amazing as. I am constantly getting rewarded for eating there.If I had any complaints at all about this establishment it would only be that the service is sometimes not the best. I attribute that to the fact of a fast turnover of employees in any business such as this. Saying that I have to add that management is more than willing to listen to and address any complaint I've had.Eat where you choose but as for my household it will continue to be Plus 1 Pizza.

Garbage....absolute garbage....ordered meatballs...they had no sauce and seemed to me to be microwaved..the spaghetti was just a bunch of old noodles and no sauce....then they charged top tier prices...they are garbage....

this might be the worst thing i have ever eaten in my whole entire life it tasted like melted plastic heated up 5 times and then stepped on this pizza is gross, i would rather have a microwave pizza for 1 dollar from dollar tree.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was. Is it the best pizza I’ve ever eaten though? No. The quality of the pizza gets this place a 4, but what really earned its five was its very well designed app and online ordering structure. As a vegetarian who often likes to remove and add things from pizza orders I often find that many specialty pizza shops have that one “veggie pizza” option and it usually has everything i like except maybe one or two things. Other places and apps like Grubhub, are designed so that you cannot substitute a veggie topping for another of basically equal value after removing one without incurring an extra charge for the addition which I always found frustrating and backed customers against a wall if you are really hungry, almost blackmail-ly, like “hey you want your food, gotta pay the extra charge that makes no sense”. I’m glad to see a company either recognized the logic in them being equivalent and a charge was unnecessary or saw that the design of that substitution feature was flawed and fixed it. And also the number of options for customization was really cool overall. Nice place ??
I was very disappointed with this pizza. The pizza (Cowboy BBQ pizza) was so greasy that the pizza dripped grease when I pulled it out of the box. The sauce was not pushed to the edge of the crust, so the last few bites of a piece was dry. The cheese had congealed into a weird mat of cheese that pulled off all at the same time. The "fresh" cilantro that was supposed to be on the top was dry and shriveled. It didn't seem fresh. I also ordered the brownies, which were chocolatey, but not gooey by any means. I wouldn't order the pizza or brownies again.

The pizza looked promising and smelled promising-- and, sure enough, the taste was totally worth my money spent (and a possible long wait for those of you concerned). One thing you must (!!) try is the breadsticks!

I've only ever had the tator tot pizza from plus one, and I've had plus one pizza over a dozen times, I'm addicted to the tator tot pizza! They have more. But that's all I need . 5 stars for the tator tot pizza alone

I have recommended this place over more popular places in town. Having said that they have issues with issuing too many clunks of isolated garlic randomly and being too greasy. And also the square slice is a let down. Pizza should automatically come in a triangle. I want you to be better. But I have not given up. If a customer gets a deal it's worth the price.

Disappointed in Plus 1 Pizza in Athens with my recent orders. I used to order several times per month and have been a customer for 5+ years. The quality and quantity of the food has not been as good over the last year. I stopped ordering pizzas as the prices continue to climb and far out pace price increases at other places. They now charge for crust toppers and drizzles on top of pizza too. The web specials went from $6.49 each for 2 medium pizzas to $9.99 each. If you get the crust topper or drizzle, the price pushes to $12/pizza. This is almost double the prior price just last year for the same pizza. We continue to order spaghetti, but they are cutting corners on the parmesan cheese and order sizes now. Management also seems stressed and not nearly as friendly to customers if you have an issue with an order.
