Absolutely the worst customer service from the GM who was working the drive thru Ordered 60+ dollars worth of food in the drive thru for a family of five, the guy that was taking my order was rude from start to finish and then proceeded to argue with me about an item in my order, I finished my order and received my total as I pulled away I heard the guy yell "you're welcome" sarcastically. When I got to the windows to pay he told me "I'm sorry you were confused" i told him i read it off the menu as it was written and he had been confused, he deleted my order and handed me my card back stating he wasn't filling my order. I requested a manager he stated he was the GM, i requested the owners information and he told me good luck with finding them they live in STL.

Ordered a southwest crunch wrap with a small onion ring and 5 piece chicken tender with pickle fries. I got 4 out 5 chicken tenders maybe the manager ate one as a "window tax". I could've made my own food hotter if i set it in the refridgerator. They need to just take food off the menu and serve milkshakes.

Ordered on the website ahead, waited in line for 15 minutes just to get home and the chicken was soggy and cold and didn’t include sauces. I came 2 weeks ago and I ordered a SMASH burger and got a regular double cheese burger. A joke. Replace this place with chickfila, wingstop or something

Rude and inexperienced staff. When I called to discuss a problem with my order the person I spoke with wasn't apologetic about messing up my order and gave me 1 day to come back in for a replacement. Their smash burgers aren't smashed either. They are soggy and gross.
Waited 20 minutes in a pick up stall for food I ordered 10 minutes prior in the app. They don’t have a walk up window to actually speak to someone quickly, just a standard drive in order button which I would’ve ended up waiting at so I ended up hopping in the drive thru just to get my food which took another 10 minutes. Wasted half of my lunch hour for food I ordered ahead of time with the intention of not having to wait forever. My milkshake was completely melted by the time I got it and had a cleaning chemical taste to it. If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve left way before the 20 minutes mark.

Sonic has definitely gone downhill in the recent years. The shakes don't taste the same like they used to, I can't do pickup orders cause the app won't let me put in the parking spot number and it keeps saying my number is invalid so then I have to go through the drive-thru. The last two times I went to Sonic I asked for a drink with Sprite Zero, strawberries and cream and it was Diet Coke. Then on the last time I went there, I asked for a drink with Sprite Zero and other add-ons to it and I asked to make sure they heard my order right since it wasnt popping up on the screen and the guy on the speaker came off rude saying "yeah, I said okay!" I wasn't being rude or unreasonable, I just wanted to make sure I got the right drink this time but I guess I'll just buy my own ingredients to make my own drinks at home. Also the medium fries I ordered with it were so small and way too salty. I wish Dairy Queen returned to Athens, they were much better.
