I'm not a fan of Starbucks coffee but had the need to go somewhere early in the morning after something got canceled.This location lacks in comfortable seating ...all the cushioned seats along one of the walls also happen to have framed prints all along the wall just 5-ish inches above the seating, jutting further out than the backs of the seats, making it impossible to sit back and relax without the bottom of the frame pushing into your neck/head/upper shoulder. I'm also not a fan of a location that won't let me put creamer in my coffee myself ...they don't put in enough for my taste, even after I said "lots of cream."That being said, they are within walking distance from campus and open earlier than the other coffee shops.
Mobile ordering is constantly turned off during busy hours so don't even try then, but they're also turned off on days when there are limited customers and the store is basically empty. It's a gamble!

I ordered a Tall iced mocha latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle and I received a small no whip cream and no caramel drizzle and it cost me 11$ before delivery. Needless to say I am very disappointed

Very busy and slow. Orders did not seem to come out in sequence. Our order for five included drinks and basic food items, and when it finally started coming out it was incomplete, twice, requiring me to ask and explain which items were missing.
