This is the second time I’ve ordered here and asked for no ice, but I was given a drink that was almost full of ice. I ordered the same coffee at the West Union St location, and it was much better.
The staff here aren’t very friendly, which I could overlook, but at the very least, order instructions should be followed. This is very disappointing especially considering how nice the space is.

Why does the coffee taste like anthrax mixed with botulism? Its okay but tryna charge as much as they do I would expect it to knock my socks off.. not send me to the shadow realm of bitterness and regret. big sad face :(
