half of our order wasn’t correct. ordered cheese fries and didn’t receive them. neither of our ice creams were correct. the only thing we got that was correct was our burgers. definitely won’t be going back.

doordashed and they were the ones responsible for forgetting our fries but told us we needed to contact doordash about it in reality the bag was sealed so the store was at fault and the guy one the phone was a jerk and no help at all

manager (i think) was very rude. they forgot my ranch in drive through so i went inside and told a worker that. the worker said he didn’t ring up a ranch and that it will cost me i said oh okay then can i get a ranch and he was all sassy and salty and was like do u have 50 cents u can give me for this ranch? and i was like yeah…. and it was just awkward then he said something like sorry bc since i was up here he had to leave the window and it pissed him off ig. idk but i do know he’s a dickhead

Our evening started out really great but ending horribly! Our party spend close to $100. There was only one other group sitting. Once we ordered we got our drinks and took a seat. Before our food even came up a manager (I assume) started yelling at us from the front counter that we should have known better than sit there because they had cleaned this area. There was nothing to indicate the area had been cleaned. Had he walked out and been a polite, we would have gladly moved. But that was uncalled for. To make matters worse as soon as we received our food, they blatantly turned the lights off just over the section we were seated in.

Was really wanting to eat here but the manager was very rude to us! Never coming here again!!! Terrible customer service! Also the “supposed” manager turned off the lights on us where we was eating 🙄 so again customer service is terrible if you don’t wanna work find a new job!!!

was very excited for my first time at a “ Steak ‘n Shake “ unfortunately the manager yelled at us and said “ that area was closed off for a reason “ if you can see in my photo the area was clearly not closed off where we was sitting , very unprofessional and very rude. The area that was supposedly blocked wasn’t even clean.. and now they just turned the lights off , only where we was sitting .

6/26/24 the guy working was turning everyone away in the drive through saying “we close in an hour and I haven’t done my outs, if you’ve ever worked fast food you wouldn’t order here. It’s up to you but don’t order anything.” Horrible service, wouldn't serve me. That person should not work there -100/5 bad vibes, bad people, bad service.
