The manager here, Denise, is awful about recruitment/jobs. Lead my partner on for over a month and never gave her a solid answer despite this being an entry level fast food position. We called multiple times a week and despite this location being baron half the time, they claim they're always busy.
Be an adult and just tell us no, that's all we were wanting to hear at that point. Kicking the can down the road and refusing to accept or reject after weeks of calling in. Take your 'now hiring' sign down too, while you're at it.
As long as Denise is at this location, we will never give this location our business ever again.

Tried applying here about a month ago. Took my application in person, watched the hiring manager look my application up and down for about 30 seconds and then said I would hear back hopefully I'm a week. I then went both in person and called about 10-15 times. Each time I was told she was "too busy training another person" and would look at my application later. Mind you it shouldn't take a month to train someone at subway, let alone the store being dead half the time. Recently called again and asked if I could at least get an interview and got the same response. I asked for a concrete yes or no on if they would still be willing to hire me and she was super unprofessional telling me that she can't give me an answer until my interview and that I would have to wait. Withdrew my application and will NEVER be going back to this subway until Denise is gone.

I keep seeing negative reviews and honestly I'm thinking it's just the people the staff has the unfortunate luck of having come in.I have been going to this subway for a few years now and everyone is always very nice yes they have long lines but its court street go into any restaurant on this side of town and you will have a long wait no one is ever rude and it's always clean however I have been there a few times when the kids in line were down right rude to the staff all I can say is you get what you give people the level of entitlement that some customers have is crazy So I definitely give the staff at court street sub way 5 stars if I could give more I would just for having to put up with what they do on a daily basis food is great people are great

Very busy place waited about 20 minutes to get my food line out the door but the people working were very nice and were working so hard they couldn't catch there breath the little blonde girl up front just kept smiling she was very friendly the guy working with her was apologizing for the wait I will definitely go back even with the wait

The lady with the blonde dreads is really passive aggressive. When I walk in, she is always saying, “It’ll take like 25 minutes. I am all by myself.” This neglects other customers that come in, and reflects a negative attitude towards customers. Furthermore, she constantly interrupts customers when they are ordering. She always looks pissed off whenever you come in. She either needs more training to improve her customer service skills or needs to be terminated from her job. It is unprofessional and unacceptable to act like this in customer service.
