I really like subway. But not this time. Bread was not fresh or soft or delicious. I asked for double meat, didn’t look like regular amount of meat.

Alex was a very great employee, just sucks he was the only employee with a lobby of people an hour to close. Hard worker for sure! Would definitely recommend his assistance to anyone, and a bit of help for him wouldn't hurt lol

Only eat here if you want your food to be made by people who dont shower and take a long time to make the food im not asking for super fast service but damn are they slow, it literally is faster to go across town to the other subway if you walk in and see a dude with greasy hair get comfortable or leave

Writing this in hopes that management sees this. Also not trying to be Negitive but only helpful. The food is great and made to order perfectly….. however All employees need trained in time management. Secondly leaving one employee at anytime to work with 5 customers is inexcusable. I come in there about twice a week and the same employee is left by herself 9/10 times. I feel bad for her truthfully. Hope this helps

Sunday evening dinner time, during a huge promotion for buy 1 get 1 free, they only have 1 guy working and he's the slowest sandwich maker I've EVER seen. Like the sloth DMV employee from that movie. Took forever. Management should be ashamed of themselves for leaving a guy like this alone.

Hello I brought a motorcoach bus full of 50 passengers spending around $700 - $800 and this manager Mike denied the motorcoach driver a complementary meal WOW! We WON'T be stopping and supporting this Subway anymore We will take our Business somewhere else

I usually don’t complain about places, but this subway is ridiculous :/ I’ve went and their ice machine was broken all summer, their toaster was broken for awhile, and now last time I went I had an upset stomach but didn’t think anything of it, now I have food poisoning I believe. This is not what I wanted by trying to ‘eat fresh’
We went to the state st location & both gentlemen working were super busy but still very pleasant. They made our sandwiches perfect!!!

The fact the subway worker made several subs, took their money, handled receipts, drawer, packed up their subs, everything while wearing the same gloves that she just made their sandwiches, then wanted to turn around and make my sub with the same gloves, then wants to have attitude when I want them

i’m not normally the type to leave reviews, but i’ve been to this location a few times now and have been disappointed each time. today their oven was broken but i wasn’t informed. they were cooking the subs in the cookie oven, i got my sub toasted saw it coke out could tell it wasn’t toasted. Ask her to toast it again, she hesitantly said “okay” and toasted it again. i get to the car my meats still cold. we go back inside and asked for a remake as the toppings wouldn’t be good retoasted. they toasted it again instead of remaking it and once again my meat was cold. the sub tasted off as my mayo go put in the oven. i’m highly disappointed
