Foods pretty good for a Taco Bell. Used to screw up your orders a lot but they seem to be much better st that. Don’t go here at night though unless you have a spare hour you wanna waste. Every time I go the line is wrapped around the building. I called the manager to let him know this but apparently he already knows. It’s been like 8 months with no fix, maybe it’s unfixable. Also, every time I call this store the male manager is rude for no reason.

Tell me why I waited 1.3 hours for some nachos?? The drive thru was obviously prioritized because about 20 people in the lobby sat around waiting for an hour just to be told they are still 11th in line.

Came in 11/22 at about 11:30pm. Everyone in the restaurant was working so hard. They were slammed but kept order, didn’t mess anyone’s orders up. I was impressed. Never seen a Taco Bell like it.

Beware ordering takeout orders from this store. The employees often will not pay attention to you trying to pick up in store. On weekends, delivery orders are extremely unreliable. Be ready to receive nothing with no updates from the restraurant. I have had to cancel my order after several hours multiple times. When the orders do arrive, items are frequently missing. Beware.
Long waits for no food. Athens is the worst taco bell there is. You wait around for slow service. Normally they get it wrong here. They put the least amount of meat on what you order. They don't even make it up with lettuce. It's just empty. If you're needing taco bell go to Nelsonville or Belpre, Athens isn't worth it especially when this makes the third time they tried to over charge me.
