Beware ordering takeout orders from this store. The employees often will not pay attention to you trying to pick up in store. On weekends, delivery orders are extremely unreliable. Be ready to receive nothing with no updates from the restraurant. I have had to cancel my order after several hours multiple times. When the orders do arrive, items are frequently missing. Beware.

Long waits for no food. Athens is the worst taco bell there is. You wait around for slow service. Normally they get it wrong here. They put the least amount of meat on what you order. They don't even make it up with lettuce. It's just empty. If you're needing taco bell go to Nelsonville or Belpre, Athens isn't worth it especially when this makes the third time they tried to over charge me.

was doordashing. first of all this dude was goofing off playing nba young boy dancing around acting all cool lol. bros beard hairs was prolly falling in the food, flirting with some other worker, which she was goofing off too, this same dude was also in the back corner clear where everyone in the lobby can see him tho, on his phone and hitting a VAPE right beside the food area!!! then before he “clocked out” he was jus walking around the kitchen eating a donut and talking to everyone!! right now at 3am im still door dashing and they only have 3 staff members working, 2 guys 1 girl.
My doordasher waited there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I had to cancel my order after waiting all that time. I ordered at 10:55pm and I am writing this at 12:55am and I just cancelled a few minutes ago. My doordasher even talked to the shift lead after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the lead said she was JUST then going to start making my order. Someone else told my dasher that they “needed to clear the drive through before even starting on doordash order.” Absolutely ridiculous wow.

What I ordered was no longer on the menu he was great helping me with ordering the right thing adding ingredients and removing ingredients. Great Customer Service. My food was fresh and hot..
