I was going to try this because I love tacos and sounded good. I ordered on their app and put in Circleville location. I went through the process, paid for and I saw it was switched to the Athens location. I tried to cancel so I can pick it up at the location I was already at. (I went into the location that I am at and they don’t do online orders, which is probably why it switched to the Athens- nearest location 50 miles away 😢)Then I tried it popped up to call Athens location, I did and they can’t refund me or switch to pick up where already at. That policy needs to get changed. They shouldn’t be able to keep my money- the lady said it just popped up so the order wasn’t even made yet.

I am very disappointed in the food. It is usually really good. The potatoes were cold and not crispy. The Mexican donuts were flat, and I am pretty sure they were raw. They were tough and could not be chewed. Had to spit them out.

Typically one of the best fast food taco joint I've ever been to. But the last time I believe my daughter and I got sick from there. Maybe just a chef with an off day or something.

I came in on 07/01/24 at around 9:20 pm and the staff was excellent. Very polite and they made the best super potato olay I've ever had. And I needed it after having a very bad day and I really appreciate it. They deserve raises.

My food was done before I could pour my drink. The topping's were loaded with crisp fresh vegis and feta cheese. It was delicious! You can order bean Tostada for $2, or a beef Tostada for $3. I ordered the beef and added beans for only .59 cents more for the best of both worlds.

I am a first-time visitor to Taco John's. I happen to stop in at the Athens ohio location because I wanted to try something new.
It definitely had a lot more flavor than anything I have gotten from Taco Bell and I ate it like 30 minutes ago and I haven't had to dash to the bathroom like I do after Taco Bell.
