We had lunch today and we're very disappointed, it took 40 minutes to get our meals. Both meals were room temperature and mine was ordered medium and came well done. We had always loved this place but this is the second time in a row, last time my ribs were burnt on the bottom side and very very dry. I suggest that nobody goes to this Texas roadhouse. It is a law in Ohio that you’re allowed to get a drink with your food to go. I got 6 months ago but now they’re telling me I’m not allowed to get one. Restaurant also has really disgusting stuff going on in it and I would just suggest that nobody goes here.

First visit and loved it, very friendly and Our waiter was so friendly and gave great service and did not have too wait to be seated and did not have to wait very long on our food, food was awesome, my Husband and I will visit again for sure, we drove an hour just to have our 33rd Anniversary Dinner here, we made the right call coming here to celebrate, we were very pleased. Updated: Back for our 36th Anniversary 2024, our waitress was great and very friendly. Food was delicious had to take home, loved their fried pickles with ranch.

I come to Athens every 6 months. The last two times I order medium steak and it comes out rare so I send it back. I literally eat all my sides before my steak comes back cooked correctly. Would love to take a bite of steak and side at the same time but I guess it’s not possible here. When I come back 6 months from now I’m sending my whole meal back so I can enjoy everything together.
