Bouncer denied my friend who has a real 21+ Ohio license and called me a brown boy then kicked me out after I calmly told her she’s denying people who are actually 21. Also smells like pee in the whole bar do not recommend

My wife went to school at Ohio University... and we were in town with 5 other friends for four days enjoying the local roads (on our motorcycles) and enjoying the town every afternoon and evening.
We visited the CI twice while in town. Drank many beers and played many games of pool. A very welcoming local bar with great bartenders and great drink choices at great prices.
The ONLY issue was that the men's bathroom was in AWFUL shape both days that we visited. VERY dirty and stunk to high heaven... as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. It's summer break and there were no students around either time we were there... really just the seven of us... so no reason for it to be that nasty.
We will be repeat customers.

I have gotten denied from this bar every weekend since I have turned 21 solely because my id is not from Ohio…they do not teach their bouncers about out of state ids at all!
We came in the middle of the summer, so no students around, but got to play a game of pool and sip a cocktail. Really fair prices and friendly service. Some evidence that the place gets mistreated by hordes of students during the school, but they clean up well and leave lots of room in the summer.
