Leo was very rude to my friends and I. There was a messed up order and we approached her politely and then he had an attitude while correcting our order. I came up to the counter with a smile, but left with a frown.

I just had one of the most awful experiences at a restaurant of my life. I went through with my Mom and Grandma and we got some coffee and some water for my little sister. It was raining so we had to shout to the speaker for them to hear us. When we pulled through to the window we asked if we could add a donut to our order and almost immediately Savannah, the employee shouted at us “PLEASE DO NOT TALK TO MY EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT.” We asked for clarification and she said it was because we yelled. We tried to explain it was a misunderstanding and she ran away and sent another employee to give us our stuff. She said she was the manager and refused to give us the number of anyone more higher up than her. We continued to try and talk to them and they continued to shout at us. Overall it was very unprofessional, Immature, and really mean for no reason. 100% immature. I would leave further information but we were denied a receipt on top of it all.

Our first experience at this Tim Hortons drive-through was great, which is why we decided to give it another try. We like to visit a place a few times before making it a regular spot, but today’s experience was disappointing. I accidentally ordered for inside pickup instead of the drive-through, but once I reached the window, I figured it would be simple for them to hand over my already-paid-for order. Unfortunately, the staff refused and insisted that I come inside to retrieve it. I felt this was poor customer service, as a small gesture of flexibility would have gone a long way. The hassle level for this simple request felt high, which is discouraging when choosing a place to become a regular.

Suggestions for Improvement:

• Train staff to accommodate small, reasonable requests, especially when it makes a customer’s experience smoother.
• Improve flexibility at the drive-through for minor order mistakes.
•. Emphasize customer service values that prioritize convenience and a positive experience.

I have worked in customer service a long time and understand that things happen but was really shocked this morning that one of the employees didn’t want to give me my debit card back and looked at me like I was ignorant for asking for it. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back anytime soon!
