I have worked in customer service a long time and understand that things happen but was really shocked this morning that one of the employees didn’t want to give me my debit card back and looked at me like I was ignorant for asking for it. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back anytime soon!
Definately NOT a donut shop. This is a coffee shop that happens to sell "some" donuts. We waited at an empty counter for 7 minutes just to order "timbits". The staff were too busy filling online orders.
I ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes. Sat at a table and watched the young man make the sandwich with tomatoes. I asked him when I picked it up if this is the sandwich without tomatoes. He said it was. I was not surprised that my sandwich has two tomato slices on it.
