Women on the speaker (brunette long ponytail) may have lacked knowledge at her job which was fine. I had requested certain things which was not in my bag so I requested it again after I noticed it was not in the bag. After I requested my few things of ranch and hot sauce she had the audacity to say oh lord Jesus. That was hostile and uncalled for. You are there to serve people their exact order and do it with a smile not a mouth. You are there to service people, collect a check and go home; again not to make smart comments to customers. Maybe she shouldn’t be working there if she thinks that’s acceptable and has an issue servicing customers their exact order. Learn your job, be polite, collect your check and go home

They seemed very annoyed when I was ordering and very unhappy. The worker got mad when I pulled out my mobile app because I had a coupon and he had to scan it. Overall, it was a very bad experience. My fries were not filled, and they were cold. The burger was missing a bun, which I found really odd. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Told me I didn't have an online order when it clearly said on the app I had one for this address, I got charged for it & I even said I could give them an order number & they said it would do no good. Very unprofessional way to handle things. Don't go to this location. Worst experience I've had at any Wendys.

I walked inside a little after 9 and I saw an uber eats driver waiting. I went up to the counter and a girl getting fries saw us but didn’t say anything and didn’t tell any coworkers to help us.

After 5 minutes, a man came up and told us they forgot to lock the doors and we shouldn’t be in here. I said that I’m sorry, I can leave but can I just get my food that I ordered and paid for online already now that I’m in here and its pouring rain outside? He walked back to the back and told his coworkers that he couldn’t get us to leave.

Next a nice lady came up and asked if we had been helped. I told her no and she asked us what we got. Both of us told her what kind of orders we had (uber eats and one ordered on the website for pickup). Then a manager I presume came to the front and asked if my order would be for dine in or carryout and I explained again to him that I just had an online order I wanted to pickup. He asked the name, I told him, and he apologized for the service.

Finally got the food and drove 15 minutes home to find out it was made completely wrong. Ordered a asiago ranch chicken club, no lettuce, no tomato, and extra ranch. Also a baconator fry and coke. The chicken sandwich had lettuce and tomato both still on it. The baconator fry barely had any cheese and the bacon was not broken up.

Horrible experience. I know its a pain when you’ve been busy all day because of students being back and whatever else but no one has any customer service skills anymore. Its not hard to look at the screen and make the food correctly either, especially when you’re not even busy at the moment. There were two cars in the drive through and two younger men in the kitchen standing around doing nothing.

When I was working in there being trained people were being dangerous wild disrespectful and nasty and they were trying to get people hurt and accidents I'll never work back as fast food or anywhere else unless I can run my own business and work for myself so I don't have to put up with all that also when I forgot to log out of my computer people are still in my hours so
