I was kind of shocked that the 2 Frosties I purchased in WV were $2 more than the ones I just purchased in OH.
Other than that - they were good & very thick, which is one of the reasons I like Frosties in the 1st place.

I’m never been one to make complaints and only feel so compelled to write this bad review for a business based on trying everything else and not being able to get it fixed. I work across from this Wendy’s and try to get a double stack with only mayo nearly every day on my half hour or less break. For the last 2-3 months my order has been messed up around half those times. I wish this was hyperbole. There was one instance around when they switch from breakfast where they told me they would bring my food out and then just never came for like 10 minutes so I assume they must have cleared off my order to keep their times low and then forgot about me. I had to go in and get my food eventually. Most of the time my order is just made wrong with anything but the mayo it’s supposed to have. I, as clearly as I possibly can give my order, they repeat it back to me and then still consistently gets messed up. I am able to drive back when I realize the error and get my correct order if I have the time but usually I don’t have enough time. I have talked to every manager multiple times and told the GM about my repeated issues but it just keeps happening. I’ve worked many service industry and fast food jobs and know how hard it can be so I don’t make this review lightly. I used to love coming here, I don’t think they care that I won’t be back but it is still truly disappointing it couldn’t get fixed and I could keep giving them my business.

We tried the new Cajun chicken sandwich and it was terrible, the chicken was thin and dry, the fried onions were just crunchy bits that had no flavor. Also the chili was warm but certainly not hot, very disappointing

The two older ladies that work the windows act like they could care less about their jobs, they don’t say hi or anything at all just sticks their hand out the window waiting for payment. Also Every single time I go there they mess up something. And i’m not exaggerating whether it’s putting ice in my drink when I ask for no ice or giving me a completely different order. Horrible experience every time.

Stopped for a breakfast sandwich right at 10 am. I'm sitting in my car waiting for them to bring it to me. I've been here for about 10 minutes now. Getting ready to go ask for a refund and go to McDonalds next door. Received refund after waiting another several minutes and the staff moves about the speed of slugs.

Everytime I come here something is wrong.. I came in today for my lunch break and got a classic chicken sandwich with a pretzel bun instead of regular bun and no tomato on it. They got the bun right but there was still tomato. Last time I got stale, outdated chips with my salad. They never look you in the face either always looking away when talking to you or having some sort of attitude.
I stop and get breakfast most mornings before work and today we had Drew as our cashier and I just want to shout out how kind and cheerful this guy was. Your first interaction in the morning can determine how your day is going to go. And his fun loving attitude definitely gave me a good start. I hope he has the best day.

My first time at this location. The burger ? in my biggie bag was old... About a quarter of the bun was completely hard. The fries ? were super old. The nuggets were super old too! I got a chocolate chip cookie ? OLD and gross. I will NEVER go to this specific Wendy's EVER again. I'll tell everyone I know to stay far away. Seriously just avoid this place completely, it's not worth a tiny chance that you'll get something even slightly edible. We work for our money, don't waste it on a chance.
Parking: Parking on a hill. Usually this never bothers me, infact I don't think it ever has... But take into account everything else that was horrible and add this to it... Not good.
