Placed 3 pick-up orders each with my two other roommates (9 orders total) for the Back To School deals. The manager and student staff were so nice and positive despite having so many orders on a Thursday night! The food was great! Love all the sauce options!
In the past when ive come here it wasn’t worth it and tonight was no exception. The store canceled my order of 6 nuggets and an order of fries an hour after the order. At these prices it is not worth it for that kind of bs

The place has decent food, but be prepared to wait about 2 hours for it. Online service takes so long and is not much better. If you order in store you will be waiting at least an hour on a normal night. Busy night don’t even try. Overall very frustrating and would not recommend this place, the service is awful.

I had a small issue with my last order, but it was rectified in the most kind and professional ways. It made this experience so much more appreciated and respected.
We came in and got an order of lemon pepper and garlic parm wings. Unfortunately it came out as boneless. As we were talking about it at the table thinking we ordered regular wings, Lawerence overheard us and immediacy offered to remake it as regular wings. He was incredible with his service! Really appreciate it!!

Food was delicious as always. We ordered through DoorDash and it was hot and sealed nicely. Our only gripe is with your DD Menu - sauces have no description and there's no differentiation between what is a dry rub or a sauce. Love the new box designs and the way the tenders are packaged now!
