Food was given to me in paper bowls with aluminum foil on top. Chicken was soggy not crispy at all. Fries were also very squishy and not crispy. Barely any cheese on the loaded fries. Fries were not seasoned. Bacon was a good portion size but was not chopped up at all. Called in to leave feedback and the manager refunded me but made a whole lot of excuses about why the food wasn’t good. I explained that the food hasn’t been nearly as good as it used to be 6+ months ago before all the terrible changes. He blamed it on new employees, different food, etc. Will not be returning and that sucks because I used to love this place.

Food is excellent. Other than that, it’s awful. It takes 45 mins for deep fried chicken, which makes no sense. They obviously don’t care about customer service. Wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you have a lot of free time.

I placed an order this evening that was completely wrong. They forgot my fries entirely, two of 5 sauces and food was completely cold. As of 945 Friday, September 6, your GM or whoever claimed to be in chargeP Asi, rudest person on the planet. Your store messed up the order, forgot several items and had items called and they told me to call back tomorrow to speak to the general manager and they were busy and didn’t have time to come back out now. They said oh we can replace your fries another time, someone who has been in the hospitality business for the past 25 years, I have never seen such a pathetic excuse for customer service. I understand you’re hiring college kids, but you should also hold them accountable for their actions and teach them and train them to be adults in the real world, and that being arrogant fill in the blanks doesn’t equate in the real world. I wouldn’t let my German Shepherd order food from this establishment, moving forward and I have certainly filed the dispute regarding this transaction despite it only being 35 $40. I certainly will plaster this information all over the Internet given the pathetic excuse of customer service I have given in the lack of accountability by your employees to put me in touch with the right person. I hope your manager who was in charge at 9:45 on Friday, September 6 is held accountable. He sounded like a road scholar for lack of a better term. I can assure every person to avoid this establishment for pathetic lack of customer service and regard for humanity. What a joke you guys are.
Chicken was tender, but the flavors lacked taste. Fries were awesome. Restaurant needed cleaned an front doors were broken and wouldn't close.
