Food is just alright, tastes like classic mid western Chinese food. Nothing really has any real flavor but it’s enough to make you feel full. I’ve been a handful of times and each time I’ve ordered something new. This time my partner and I went with the General Tsos, Sesame Chicken, Kung pao chicken, lo mein, scallion pancake and egg drop soup. The general tsos was just your average generic chicken with tsos sauce, the kung pao chicken wasn’t spicy at all but had alright flavor, sesame chicken was sweet but not much flavor, lo mein was just boiled noodles with flavorless soy sauce, scallion pancakes and egg drop were pretty good though. The scallion pancake was crispy and flavorful with a good dipping sauce. The egg drop soup was steaming hot and had good flavor as well. Overall, I’m sure you can find something you’d enjoy here, just isn’t anything special.

The menu would have you think that yummy house has a wide variety of options, however all the items we bought (beef & onion, ramen, pad thai) all tasted generic, and nothing was great, just fine. The staff is made up of apathetic apathetic children, take your money and give you your food, which is fine enough. All in all it’s not bad, it’s just not great, and not worth what you pay.

Food was bland and teaste like water down garlic, so much so it made my stomach hurt! My husband and I ordered $75 worth of noodles and chicken for dinner. The noodles teasted like they were boiled in nothing but garlic water..My chicken i ordered was zero flavor and bland. We wont be going back, my stomach still hurts from eating it.

I’ve never had such perfect black pepper chicken before. It’s an 11/10. I just moved two hours away and I am constantly dreaming of it. I miss Yummy House.

We used to order from here quite a lot until my fiancé's favorite dish was taken off their menu both on their website and Doordash-- War Su Gai. It is still featured on the paper menus, though. When he inquired about it at their door nobody even really acknowledged the question, or gave an answer. If they'd bring the dish back we'd order more often; also we wish that they would open the dining room. Food is good, though.

The dining room was closed, so we ate on a bench in the mall. The portions were very satisfactory. My Mongolian Chicken was full of chicken. I ordered the mild. If we were in the dining area, I would have added soy sauce. That would have made mine much more flavorful.
My wife got Pad Thai. She wasn’t thrilled, but was not too disappointed, either. We might try it again IF the dining area is open. Otherwise, we will consider the other options in town.

I haven't found an Asian restaurant I like in my area since moving here 6 yesrs ago. But today, I found this gem! They are by far the best Asian restaurant in the region. Yummy House checks all the boxes! They are, indeed, yummy! (Black Pepper Chicken is exceptional) 😋
