Literally the best vegan breakfast sandwich and cinnamon roll I've had in a long time. All menu items are delicious, healthy, and easily customizable. Stumbled across this place while travelling, and did not expect to find such a fantastic selection. It's really hard to find good plant-based food in certain areas of the country, so this was a godsend. The deliberate use of sustainable food service items is really refreshing - and is very much needed in this day and age!...

From the cute gift shop to some of the best vegan food I have ever eaten in my life, Evexia is thoughtful in it's design and menu and is a place that you must experience! The Bialy breakfast sandwich will make you want to fight off anyone who gets too close because it's THAT good! It's the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had... Evexia is truly a wonderful place that others need to experience and the food they serve is for all kinds of people. :) Inclusivity...
