Mad Jack's is a great place to go anytime. The food and service is always great. Truthfully I always get the burger with mushrooms, Swiss cheese, grilled onions & their special sauce.....always perfect. You can not pass up there home cut fries.

Wasn't the pub atmosphere we were expecting. A little on the fancier side. Menu was a little more adventurous/fancy than our liking. Picky eaters we able to order a burger. 2 of 3 were very crisp on the edges and was the overwhelming flavor. We were visiting from out of town and were disappointed in the experience, but it wasn't horrible. We sat a hightop, so our server was also the bartender. She was not very friendly and made us feel unwelcome.

I had the flat iron steak. It was cooked perfectly and came with a delicous crispy potato croquet. Others I was with had the fish dinner and mushroom burger both meals came with perfectly cooked hand cut French fries. We all are looking forward to a return visit.

There is a Short Rib sandwich here that I will gladly drive a distance to order again! A great small restaurant coming into Aurora housed in a Century home. The interior is simple, clean - I was glad it reflected the age of the house. We also really enjoyed their homemade tomato-basil soup and potato chips. Topped out meal off with their peanut butter pie. My Sort Rib sandwich, though, was so good & went well with the variety of craft beers they offer. Service was quick, our server Diane was right there whenever needed. A fine spot to stop for our Valentine lunch. I'll have to come back.

I love their short rib entree, was delicious as always. My husband enjoyed his Caesar wrap and tomato bisque too. The in house prepared potato chips are a nice addition.

First timer today after holiday shopping and was not disappointed! We were met at the bar by the owner who recommended we try his wife's pomegranate martini and a few things off the menu. The soup of the day was broccoli cheddar and was amazing! The jacked up burger was also a hit. We will definitely be back!
