So a few months ago I came into this location and seen this guy making pizza with his bare hands, I leave a review with pics and contact the manager and still today I walk in he’s again making pizza with his bare hands. Stretching the pizza dough and putting toppings on the pizza. Completely digusting

Everything was still hot like it came straight out of the oven, delivery guy was pleasant, called me 2 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. I met him in the lobby, gave him a $5.00 tip.

This is my second time coming to this location on a Sunday to witness the same Worker making pizza without any gloves he literally sprayed the cheese on the pizza and then begin to put toppings on the pizza with his bare hands, and then put them in the oven I took a few pictures. They are blurry, but you definitely can tell his hands have no gloves.

I ordered a two topping pizza, and a one topping pizza. The one topping had more pepperoni. Was told that one toppings get more. So, why did I pay more for two toppings.i got less but paid more. Stupid! Is that pizza hut policy

*Update: Due to Pizza Hut’s response, I have increased the rating to 4-Stars.Not a fan of this location. Despite the convenient late hours and amazing deals they offer, that’s about the only time it’s worth it (except maybe if you’re not a huge fan of pizza sauce).Their pizza is almost sauceless here, which accounts for most of the rating. I then began selecting “extra sauce” when ordering, but end up with a very small amount - only a slight smear…which for me, I don’t think tastes good. Even when ordering it well-done, the pizza just seems like it’s maybe cooked to a regular-bake, in my opinion.All of my orders have been ready on time nevertheless! I do always try to take care of the workers, and have given this location half a dozen tries too, but still have the same experience. I’ve ordered from both the app, and the website as well, to be sure before reviewing.All-in-all, the hand tossed pizza is pretty mediocre taste-wise I would say…but the value is certainly worth it - but only when using a coupon. Staff is friendly, no complaints there.*HOWEVER* The pan pizza, which I’ve just tried for the first time (believe it or not), is pretty amazing! Or could’ve been, but I digress. Their boneless wings are also good, sometimes.

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza, but their quality has gone waaay down hill the past year. Their classic pizza is now as thick as a flip flop, tasteless and floppy. Last time i ordered, i was so taken aback that I thought i just got a bad pizza. They sent a replacement and it was exactly the same. They have also significantly decreased how much of a topping they put on. They used to cover the pizza, now I'm lucky if a piece gets 2 pieces of pineapple. Just a bummer. Will have to try out some other pizza places in the area ?
