Store is always locked and closed outside of the times on Google. I’ve tried going there multiple times on my lunch breaks and they’re always closed. First time I went will be the last. I remember there being awful slim pickings of the toppings. I wanted to give them another chance, but looks like that’s not an option.

Service is good but food wasn’t good at all. I got my order 20 minutes ago. May the bread was stale and they toasted for long . It was so hard sub they send me so better to go store and order their.

Order takeout for 6:30 went to pick it up they were locking the doors I ordered by credit card I have the app instead of them telling me ahead of time the card didn't work I would have given them another one I think that was terrible to be treated that way I would have paid in cash I'm not going there anymore

Horrible customer service. I asked to get a different cheese on a peperoni roll and was told they can't do it even though they have done on numerous occasions before today. When asked where it was written I got and attitude from the manager because it's not posted anywhere and pointed out that it wasn't. No need to spend my money at a restaurant like this. Way to drive away customers.

Had a really disappointing experience. The door was locked during posted open business hours, employees and a few others inside, I knocked and waved and was completely ignored by staff. I even tried calling the store to get attention and wasn’t answered. FINALLY after a full 3-4 minutes of standing outside and knocking a woman came to the door and said they were only open for online orders. Maybe post that on the door next time so people know what’s going on? Very poor customer service experience.

I ordered on the app. Went to pick up 5 minutes before the app said it was ready. After waiting 10 minutes after the app said it was ready, it still wasn't ready. It was a 6 ft sub meal. Nothing complicated, a turkey sub......when I tried to call someone to cancel the order on my way back to work, I got customer service voicemail and the store didn't answer. So disappointed.

Either management needs to a better job training employees or just find better employees all together. I ordered online and when I came in for pickup at my given time and the two employees were just chatting away. None of my order even started. 4 other people walked in and out with their orders that they placed on the spot and walked out before I even seen them complete one of my sandwiches. I finally ended up getting my food 20 mins after my pick-up time originally said. Then when I arrived home I discovered half of my order was wrong. One sandwich was missing toppings and dressing. The other sandwich was both missing toppings and had extra toppings that I specifically didn't order because of food allergies so I had to throw the whole thing out. Waste of my time, gas and money. I will be calling to request a refund.

I hesitated at first to even go in because the line was long, but I wasn't in a rush. Having three people working the counter made such a difference compared to other stores where there have been only two people. Line moved quickly.
I usually get a 6" veggie delight, and she made my sandwich as requested. If I said I wanted extra items, she did just that and didn't tell me it's more difficult to wrap up if there's too much. It's vegetables... One of the servers even broke/crushed some of the veggies, which probably made it easier to package, but I feel it also released more flavor. So I guess I made the right decision to go inside?
